I’m really aggrieved about the level of service delivery I received from the shop and disheartened that I’m stuck with clothes of more than 2k just because sales personnel suddenly don’t care because my request is against policies. I bought clothes in January for my daughter just as she was about to start the academic year. She did not try the clothes on at the store because of health reasons, so we bought items she liked to try on at home and return what didn’t fit. To my disappointment, 90% of the clothes were small. The cuts sold by Clothing Junction are smaller compared to other retailers. The following weekend, since I work out of town. I went to the shop to return the items after realizing that they don’t have sizes for exchange. The sales lady made a comment about how the return will affect their sales however they will do several returns if we can’t find anything for exchange the following week. I then asked my mom to go try again during the week, which she did and they told her that they need my card since I used it for the sale. I went back that weekend and was told that they don’t have enough money to process the refund both in cash and from credit sales. I asked about how this back and forth will affect me as time is going and they haven’t received stock. They said that they are aware of the pending request and that it won’t affect me, that they will call or I should come again at the end of February. Due to other commitments I couldn’t go during the last week of Feb and went at the beginning of March, when I was turned back again due to “no funds” at the store. I went back last weekend to follow up since I didn’t receive any correspondence from them regarding stock or the status of my refund. This is the part that hurts me the most, the sales personnel denied ever receiving such a request though my receipt still has my details and the items they were checking sizes for when they wanted to do an exchange. They said that it’s been more than 30 days and therefore cannot assist because the company policy says they should process such requests within 30 days. I’m sitting with clothes for more than 2k and a response that it’s not their fault, no acknowledgment of their previous actions or promises. What am I supposed to do with clothes that don’t fit me which the store refused to refund. 2k is not a small amount, it’s hard earned money that could’ve been used for something else which I now clearly cannot. This is really ********* behaviour which is going unchecked. We try to support small businesses and new businesses but if this is what it means to support SMME’s then I believe we have a really big problem at hand because how many more people will lose money due to this practice? I would truly advise that we refrain from this store and stick to its competitors because they’re clearly not ready to service communities or the public.
I’ve been trying to reach out to resolve an issue of being billed despite making an eft payment. They still haven’t acknowledged or made note of the eft payment and keep billing me. So at the beginning of this month I reversed the debit order because I’ve paid them more and guess what… they just decided to disconnect the service without notice and their excuses don’t justify what they did. So I made another payment in order for them to reconnect, then suddenly they’re willing to address the issue and after the resubmission of the proof of payment they stopped further correspondence. Another month is going to end, I have not been refunded for paying extra and still I’m owing them? Like this makes no sense, no one responds on their communication channels but they’re quick to say that the error is on my side. The customer service is really pathetic and all they want is the money.
Good service provider that is true to their word and offers peace of mind. The claim process is easy and you deal with one person who will cater for and understand your needs.
Beautiful, Beautiful clothes with good strong fabric. The customs fees are a bummer but totally worth it. They have affordable low prices, frequent sale’s, coupons and good service. Hassle free process when placing an order until the order is delivered to you and it has reusable packaging which is convenient, helps create space in the wardrobe as well.
It’s been over five months battling with how slow their network is and often it just says “connected - no internet”. When I opened a ticket, instead of coming through to check what the problem is - they wanted me to do a speed test which I did and the problem still persisted, yet they closed the ticket as if the problem was solved. So three months ago I resorted to request them to close off the account, you won’t believe the nerve of these people! Instead of closing off the account, they ignored all my attempts to communicate and proceed with the termination. They sent me T’s and C’s which they failed to send from the beginning and I discovered that they failed to meet their obligations or terms of the agreement… guess what? They still don’t want to take liability for their shortcomings and make it my problem. And it is because I’m being billed “in full” mind you for a service that works for less than half of each month. I’ve been continuously requesting them to terminate with immediate effect, being transferred from one agent to the next and to my shock they will only terminate five months after my initial request because that’s how it suits them. This is ridiculous! If you are looking for fibre, I Don’t Recommend this one because it’s just nonsense and you’d be applying for endless migraines while being sucked dry from every penny you have. And when you encounter a problem, then know that you are on your own because they are just not interested in resolving the problems… instead you get a slap on the wrist so they can move on to the next victim. We work hard for our salaries and expect the same service delivery from others in the working fields, because one would think that they also understand that it’s just senseless to waste money on useless things and this is one hella useless service provider that doesn’t care about whether you want value for the money you spend on service delivery.
I ordered an iPhone and after confirming that they’ve received the payment, I’m being ignored. There are no updates regarding the order, no one is responding to texts or calls, it’s really just frustrating.

The biggest scammers in the block! Beware guys, their website has legit wigs but wait till you receive it 😪 pathetic synthetic hair worse than those you see on the manikins at the shops. The contact information (email) on the website is fake and unreachable, the only email working is the one they send these “beautiful offers” and notifications with but even that one belongs to a heartless consultant who believes that a wig is a wig just so that they don’t have to refund you. It’s doesn’t matter whether you confirm receiving or report defects to them they just don’t care. Which goes against their vision, mission and values they apparently go by. Don’t buy anything you see on the website because it’s fake, they advertise legit wigs but dispatch synthetic hair then refuse to refund or resolve the matter. Their customer service is an automated bot, it only frustrates you further, doesn’t resolve issues and when you raise more concerns “it just apologises for bad customer experience”
Imagine having to pay for something that hasn’t been installed, processed or debited for. I applied for the connection and unfortunately life circumstances occurred and I realised that I couldn’t continue with the process. To my surprise they refuse to let me cancel and say that for them to process the cancellation I have to pay a high fee. They say I should’ve said sooner, however they were unavailable.
Hi there, I serviced my car in October and picked up some defects which the manager agreed to addressed and they were handled well. However one of the defects, the headlight was not fixed. I was assured that they would order and arrange to fit it in the car however after numerous efforts it still hasn’t been fixed. I keep making contact with the mechanic who was assigned to service the car and fix the headlight, unfortunately he’s been avoiding me and not helpful at all. Who will be liable if I replace the headlight since I had already paid and who becomes liable should I be fined for a headlight not working?
