I was as medical professional in a clinic next to Orlando Towers and I was hoping to find a reputable rental agency for a unit in Orlando Towers. I reached out to the Zelri Properties to assist with the viewing. I was in turn informed that a gentleman by the name of JOSHUA will attend to me. A meeting was then arranged for Wednesday @ 1pm. I waited for almost half an hour at the complex gate with no one to assist. I reached out to Zelri Properties office but could not get anyone to assist. They only sent me a text late in the afternoon to confirm an appointment for the next day (Thursday @ 1pm). I was again informed that Joshua will meet me at the complex gate @ 1pm. I got to the complex at 12h47. At around 12h55, I reached out to the Zelri Properties offices to confirm the viewing appointment, I was told Joshua was running late. A kind African lady offered to forward my numbers to Joshua so that he can keep me updated about his whereabouts. Joshua calls and says he is informed we are meeting today. I wasn't happy with the professionalism experienced. I had made use of my lunch time, in a critical working space where emergencies happen from time to time, to attend my viewing appointment only to be left wondering. NB!!! INSTEAD OF BEING OFFERED AN APOLOGY, JOSHUA WENT ON TO HANG UP ON ME, WITHOUT ANY FIGHT OR ARGUEMENT, AND DECIDES TO LEAVE ME WAITING. NO FOLLOW UP, NO NOTHING!!! JUST AN ORDINARY PERSON WANTING ACCOMODATION AT ORLANDO TOWERS, ONLY TO BE SERVED A NIGHTMARE BY ZELRI PROPERTIES. I AM DISAPPOINTED AT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE RENDERED BY THE COMPANY AND SIMILARLY GRATEFUL TO THE AFRICAN LADY FOR HER ATTEMPT TO ASSIST BUT WAS NOT ENOUGH TO ADDRESS MY ISSUE. I CAN NEVER MAKE USE OF SUCH SERVICES IN FUTURE.L, NOT WITH JOSHUA BEING THE ONLY AGENT AVAILABLE!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED!!!
The most terrible network one can ever subscribe to. Just after a positive review, everything went from a good 10 to a 0. The staff was really trying to help but their network is TERRIBLE!!! Not sure if I still want to subscribe. I even missed out on my favourite soccer match, the derby!!! Lost connection while watching and lost complete interest in the match altogether.
One star is MORE THAN ENOUGH!!! Just one question to the representation of the pension fund, WHAT HAVE WE DONE AS PENSION CONTRIBUTORS TO DESERVE THIS BELOW STANDARD SERVICES? Your lines are forever busy, I called and was made to hold for over 52 minutes up until it hit 4pm, and is if I knew my call would be disconnected due to after hour, I just got disconnected! I had requested a call back and guess what it's been 2 weeks now, no single response. I sent through an email about 2 weeks ago, still NO response. I went to the offices and got there at around 2pm, after requesting to leave early from Johannesburg to Pretoria, only to be told the queue has been cut. ALL OF THIS FOR A PARTIAL WITHDRAWAL I MADE 2 WEEKS AGO!!! Wish I was aware of other Pension Funds co available to me for better and efficient service. Otherwise GEPF is less than a single star!!! I am beyond disappointed, disgusted and dissatisfaction with your UNPROFESSIONAL services to the people you were supposed to serve with integrity!!!

Netflix is so IRRELEVANT these days!!! I've canceled my membership about 2 months ago BUT they continue to debit my account! For WHAT??? I honestly don't know!!! High price for old movies!!!

Most pathetic.....dishonest and unprofessional service in the transport industry. The poorest of all the services I've had before. The only bus service that has no regard for the law and is not afraid of any legalities placed against it. They **** poor passengers of their hard earned money and will take advantage of your kindness. Use their service at your own risk. ****S!!! ****S!!! ****S!!!
I bought 2 tickets for me and my son from Johannesburg to Cape Town on the 16th of November 2024. Due to unforseen circumstances, I decided to call and request a refund on the very same day late in the afternoon. I was informed that it takes 21 working days for the refund process to be completed. Yesterday, the 17th of December 2024 was the completion of the 21 working days period and I have yet to receive my money back. I called the company and everytime I get transferred to the relevant department, my line gets cut! Greyhound! I need my money as in yesterday! Please refund back my money. Reference for the bus tickets: GHATDGS01 and GHATDGS02 I need my money now! It's not my fault, but your policy stipulating 21 working days period for a refund process. I need my now today.
NEVER EVER! EVER! TAKE A LOAN, A CREDIT CARD OR OVERDRAFT WITH ABSA BANK!!! THEY ARE RIDICULOUS AND THEY ARE INTERESTS ARE THE HIGHEST AMONGST OTHER BANKS. THEY ARE CONSULTANTS ARE RUDE AND IMPATIENT. YOUR STORY WILL NEVER EVER MATTER TO THEM!!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR FINANCES, JUST AS LONG AS THEY MILK MONEY OUT OF YOU!!! I called my insurer again to request for another assistance. I took my car in to Audi Centre Braamfontein. The service was amazing! Warm welcome and continuous update. Mr Bradley Kolo ensures that I stay updated on the progress of the work on my car. Their driver Ntate Les ensures that we remain safe throughout our journeys to our different destination. No words can express the amount of gratitude in my heart for your great service Team Audi Centre Braamfontein. You guys are simply the best and more.
