Highly disappointed and disgusted.
Had a terrible experience with the buyer from Webuycars. He pulled my car to pieces. Finding fault after fault after fault.. I am wanting to sell it before I go visit my children overseas. He said oil leak.. Different paint. Coming off.. He did not say one nice thing about it. I got quoted such a little for it. A ripoff. Took to two other dealers and got 10k more. They saw no problem with car. Not recommending webuycars anymore.

Disappointing service
I had such a bad experience with Paypal. I sent R20k to my daughter to help her pay for her Canadian Permanent residency. The amount was 1444 canadian dollars. I could not do the transaction as I selected the wrong platform. When I selected Friends and family it rejected the payment. I phoned my consultant who was very helpful and he said that I must choose the other platfomr for business. It went through and now there is a hold of 21 days. My daughter phoned her consultant from Canada who was extremely unhelpful and told her sorry she has to wait. She needs the money now. He told her to ask for refund back into my account and then retry again and select Friends and Family. She asked him if the whole amount will go back . The 20k and the charges of R750. He said no, only the 20k but he will not charge the interest again. I dont want to even try that because selecting friends and family gift it might give an error message again and the charges might come off again. Why can paypal not just release the money to her now? her paypal email is [email protected]. I am sure that is a simple excercise? I will never use paypal again for sending money. Receiving money I have never had a problem. I hope someone reads this and releases her money. Thank you

I would just like to do a Shout Out. I am so sorry to see Heathsquared under curatorship. I was with them since 2008 and going to miss them. They were so good to me and paid all my claims.

AWFUL SYSTEMS IN PLACE AT ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT
My Son-in-law left for Canada in 2020. He gave me power of attorney to sort out all his affairs. He got an email from MTN and noticed that the debit is still going off his account even though he went to MTN Store to cancel it. They person took the money for the cancellation period and told him that no more debits will go off the account. The money is still going off the account. Do you guys not have any processes in place there? This is ridiculous. I phone the accounts department now and they said I have to go into the branch and change his account into my name. I DO NOT WANT TO CHANGE HIS ACCOUNT TO MY NAME. I JUST WANT THEM TO REFUND HIM ALL THE MONEY SINCE 2020. The lady then told me my son-in-law has to give me an affidavit allowing me to sort out his account. WHY MUST HE DO THAT. I HAVE POWER OF ATTORNEY. She said she cannot help me at all. FEELTHEBASEFIRE.COM IS A SCAM
Becareful of this company. Its a Scam. They trick you by asking you to open various gifts and the first gift did not have cellphone and the 2nd gift does then they say CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE WON A CELL PHONE. GIVE YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS AND PAY R20 FOR DELIVERY OF YOUR GIFT. then they tell you that you subscribed to their 10 day trial membership and you signed up for a subscription of R20 a month. They then come back and say a cellphone will not be sent to you and thank you for your subscription and then you get debited R20 a month subs..They have wasted my time.. For R20 I could have bought two loaves of bread. Gosh they must be coining it with everyone paying them $1 around the world.

Becareful of FeelTheBaseFire.com. They are a Scam. They get you to enter into their competition by giving you gift boxes to open. The 2nd box you open up a Iphone and they say Congratulations you have one a cellphone. They email you and say thanks for subscribing. You will be debited R20 a month. A SCAM
