I am writing this to express my absolute frustration with The Courier Guy. I had an order (Waybill: FDGTFP) that I specifically rescheduled using your official channels. I have proof of this confirmation. Despite my reschedule, the driver/depot completely ignored the instruction and initiated a "Return to Sender" (RTS) without ever consulting me. The package has now arrived back at the sender. Because of this gross incompetence and the resulting delays, I no longer need the package and have had to cancel my order entirely. Your failure to follow a simple system instruction has resulted in a lost sale for the sender and a massive inconvenience for me. Good morning, I would like to lay a complaint to incredible connection, I've bought a lap in May 2026 and it's still under warranty, I sent the laptop (Lenovo ideapad1) for repairs on 7th January 2026 but when I call they're giving me stories and I need my laptop for school work, if they are unable to fix the laptop they must just replace it because it's still new and maybe it was a factory Fault. We are currently experiencing bad service with Net99, today they disconnected my account while i was busy with my Teams meeting and when i tried to them i couldn't get through so i sent the message on Twitter and they rep**** saying i didn't pay my account however i paid on the 25th and also I'm paying for 50mbps but the speed doesn't even reach 50mbps, they managed to fix my bill error but it cost me my important meeting, i think net99 are starting to relax because they're getting more clients now, I'm currently not happy with they're service.
Please note there was no interruption or anything payment on this account because I'm not working and i don't know anything about this account, i will escalate this matter to Onbuds and NCR
I just saw you're company name on my credit score profile, I don't remember owing any one ,can you please remove your account there because you affect my chances of buying on credit, stop buying prescribed debt i will escalate this matter to Onbuds and NCR if not resolved soon.

I was admitted at Botshilu for 4 days, when it was time for to be discharged, they didn't tell me anything, they just leave me with the drip unplugged on my hand from 4am without attending to me from the whole day, i had bad experience with the service from Botshilu, all they wanted was to charge me for day 5 but they promised they will discharge me.
I've been struggling to access my FNB app since Saturday, I need to pay my bills 😭
