After spending R80k on a spa - have been begging for 4 working days for them to make an appointment with me to have a technical problem fixed. They keep promising tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow.... still waiting. Their service when selling me the unit was amazing - but once you have purchased they leave you on your own. A pity since their spa's are amazing - but unfortunately they offer no Aftersales service.....
What a horrible business to deal with. They insist on 100% payment up front. Then keeps on promising delivery - promise after promise. AGAIN today they cannot delivery, delayed by another week. Stay far far away - first and last time we will ever support this business.
1 month after paying for our material in full nothing has happened. Lots of promises from Dave Gunning - but none of those promises are met. Stay far FAR away.
Started off really well. Had some issues during construction but they sent in a new team and all good from there. My pool was completed on 24th May without being able to hold water. Now 20th June (almost 1 month later) still not fixed. Still leaks. Every time I must refill the pool at my own cost. Last time they did a cheap fix job - I now sit with a combination of pool grout and silicone on my pool tiles (of different colours). They would have come today to fix - nobody showed. No call, nothing. I cannot recommend them unfortunately. Should have listened to the bad reviews.
Such bad service - and I am trying to join their network as a new customer! Their call centre doesnt answer. Then logged a query on their website - ref 5618090. Nonkululeko Malambo instructs me to phone 083 123 3667 - after spending my money to phone this number they tell me they cannot assist with my query - I need to do this in-store. MTN staff doesnt know what they are doing! HOW do they get new customers!???
Brilliant experience. From Albert that did the initial site visit to the team (that arrived on time) that did the packing and actual move. Fast and efficient and professional.
WHAT an attitude from a business owner. Went onto their website for a quote. Advertises this wonderful new system, "No appointment needed".... "first of it's kind in the world and is surprisingly accurate" (note the grammar error). Submitted my pool dimensions and photo's, received the quote with the deposit requirements. Not a word 2 days later. Asked for my money back. Now Ryan Nesbitt is saying I never contacted him and decided to pay the deposit - he will refund with an admin fee deducted since I did not contact them and why must they incur the admin fee? Wow......
Heard so many great things about this Dealership. Am currently a Ford owner - but had such bad service until now. Thought I would give the Brand one more try. They advertised an Everest 2.2 TDCi XLS. Went to the Dealership from Pta North yesterday. The Sales Exec had NO idea what I was talking about. Eventually got the feedback that they are still waiting for the stock. This after we had to ask to be served. Really sad - but confirmed that I am done with the Brand. Went to Toyota across the street where I got excellent service.
What a load of nonsense! They put your car on their platform - forward you offers. After accepting the offer they make you spend money to clean/polish your car and to drive your car 100km to the supposed Dealership for evaluation. This Dealership accepts all your documentation, evaluates the car, drives with it - and THEN tells you they NEVER made an offer on the car. What a load of nonsense!! I will NEVER recommend Weelee to anybody I know.....
Extremely bad company. They tell you they provide a service - so that you never have to deal with Telkom. They sell you a package that does not work in your area. Then you sit afterwards with the problem. They are not interested in Aftersales service. Only selling. Stay away from them.
