Very bad experience with Vuma fibre Amount paid and i am getting stories now My fibre is still off 2 agents want payment in their accounts for the 1st payment

Refund process

I attempted to join Royal a week ago and paid premium of R506 Then i was told that the members I wanted to cover,some of them are already covered by other people. Then I understood and decided to cancel the whole policy. Now the refund process is taking forever and i followed the steps i was asked to take. A week now and no refund

Disappointed

Worst service ever, the agents are not even going the extra mile to assist When I want to downgrade my service I have to pay R350 for downgrade and also an additional amount for the new downgrade package. Then when I want to cancel I have to pay R755. When I request for my contract they tell me it's verbal and I need to visit one of the fitment centres. There is no convenience no assistance

Disgusted

This company is delaying my refund But when I paid, they were all over my emails, now they do not reply to any of my mails I paid a deposit of R14 317 for a property We decided to not proceed with the property development. All was good, arrangements done. Then was told wasted costs was around R8000. We agreed and we have been waiting for a refund since August. Now since last week I was on their case and they are not responding

Bad service

I booked my MG Zs luxury for a service, then was advices to bring it between 7am_8am My car was still not attended to at 15h00 as it has a dashboard camera I had to call in first to complain What is the point of making a booking and bringing a car in at 8 only for it to be attended after 3pm. I knock off and still have to wait for my car Not prioritized Their number ***

I have asked for my paid up later from the 9th May 2025 to 13th May 2025. I spoke to several agents and all said they will send it via email I called more than 10 times and I still don't have my paid up letter What is so difficult to send a letter But when one owes them, they call to irritate us

REFUND

I have been waiting for my refund and no feedback. My insurance commenced 28th Jan 2025 and was told that I will only be charged prorata for the 30th and 31st of only around R200. Then my 1st premium will only be deducted on the 20th each month going forward. However on the 30th I was charged the whole premium without my consent. I called the call Centre and emailed my bank statement for refund, but still not received

Bad experience

Bad experience with MTN SA Since December 2023 I have been waiting for a response on the email I sent. I have 2 contracts with thrm, one ended in December 2023 but they still require the payment for it I asked countless times for my paid up letter of which they refused
