Refund process
I attempted to join Royal a week ago and paid premium of R506 Then i was told that the members I wanted to cover,some of them are already covered by other people. Then I understood and decided to cancel the whole policy. Now the refund process is taking forever and i followed the steps i was asked to take. A week now and no refund

Royal Funeral Services Incident: Unprofessional Conduct
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report an incident involving a driver from Royal Funeral Services. In January , the driver, identified as Denver, collided with my vehicle. Unfortunately, when I contacted the owner to report the incident and seek assistance, I was met with unacceptable behavior. The owner, Pastor Monray Adams, used vulgar language and refused to provide any assistance. I have attached images of the damage to my vehicle. Sincerely Max

Great Service
I would to recommend a lady by the name Zanele,she is a young considerate lady.I visited Royal at Block TT with my mother her payments were not captured since 2022 as frustrated as we were she managed to calm us down promised to fix everything and indeed she kept her promise.Even before i visited the branch someone recommended i ask for Zanele to assist us since she has sharp problem solving skills,she proved me right😀Whoever is the Block TT Supervisor or Manager as Amahle i would like to say you have a rare diamond in your office take care of her Royal.She is for keeps

Great Service

Royal Funerals & Insurance, the epitome of service excellence
Royal Funeral epitomises ultimate care, professionalism and consistency in their service. I recently laid my mother to rest and being based in Krugersdorp was serviced by , Vereeniging, Benoni, Bethanie & Bapong office. The consistency of care, patience and all round love of what they do made a very difficult period be better manageable. I will recommend them for anyone in pursuit of peace of mind in managing their funeral service & insurance.

shamefull service very bad
I want to lodge a formal complaint, I am very unhappy with your service and want to cancel this policy, I reinstated my policy in October last year with your special of a 3months waiting period, I added my aunt and uncle when I rejoined, and I was not told or explained any of the t/c,four months into the policy my aunt passed on, I went to claim and I was told that my claim was declined after I had to ask for feedback that was not even given I had to go back and ask, you treating customers very poorly, only at the time of claiming than u want to explain T/C not acceptable at all I will take this matter further, I'm asking myself was my aunt and uncle were even added in the first place,i never even recieved any feedback from the head office.
