Very poor Service from The Courier Guy in Durban. My collection has been delayed 3 days in a row. The assigned driver when to the Company to collect after closing hours twice in a row. Then the next day My collection is delayed because it can not fit on his bakkie. When trying to call an speak to them after holding for almost half an hour to complain they cut the call while you are talking. PATHETIC SERVICE. I Order from Johannesburg with the same company and my collection is always collected the same day. Never an issue.
Very annoyed with the time Standard Bank takes to process Immediate payments. They are supposed to be immediate but 2hrs later I am still waiting for supplier to receive the payment I made so that goods can be released for me to continue with business. When you contact customer support they send you from pillar to post and then put you on hold for the rest of the day. Such a disappointment I am delayed one day because of this bull **** service.
SANI CAR Rental is the worst car rent company I have every deal with. Still fighting to get my deposit refund back. Not one customer service agent has been able to assist me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Disappointed in the Customer Service at Sani Car Rental at OR Thambo international. I returned the vehicle I rented from them for my Holiday on 3rd Jan 2024 Full of fuel with no issues. But I still have not been refunded my deposit. I have contacted them 3 times already but no luck so far. I have rented vehicles from numerous other car hire companies before. This is the first time I have ever had to ask when I can expect my deposit back. I wouldn't recommend using this company. There are more reputable companies around that don't drag their feet or delay processing your refund once you have returned your vehicle. Two companies I would recommend are Avis & Europe car
I went to ToysRus Richards Bay to get my nephew a gift for his birthday. I took a box of lego that said the price was 249.00 on the shelf . When they scanned its said R349.00 so I showed the cashier and the manager the price on the shelf. They said it was a mistake and pulled the price off the shelf I then asked if they would give it to me for the price it was advertised for and they refused. I asked where the item is that was the price listed on the shelf and they couldn't find it. So I ended up having taking the more expensive one.
Very Disappointed with level of security of the door locks on the 2021 ford ranger. I parked my vehicle in a parking lot at one of the shopping centers around this area and went into the shop to grab something. It took not more than 2 minutes for someone to break the door lock open my vehicle an steal my Laptop. Maybe something to consider when purchasing a new vehicle.
Had some issues with my corporate credit card not working. The staff at the Richard's Bay branch and Corporate credit card division were very helpful. They managed to get the issue resolved reasonably quick. Room for improvement but all staff members were very helpful in the process.
I bought some stuff from lightinthebox. Com. And paid EXTRA for the so called express delivery. They say within 6 working days with the express delivery. It's been a week already and my parcel has not even left the originating country yet. I called customer service and they they say there's nothing they can do and it's no use even logging a complaint because nothing will happen.

Very disappointed with the poor service from National Security and fire. I have been a customer for over a month now and I am still waiting for the technician to come back to complete the repairs to my alarm system.
