Poor service
The company above I contracted them for security alarm and when I was not working I wrote them an email request them to deactivate their alarm and remove from my house. They took too long to deactivate and remove their alarm and sent me an invoice to pay whereas I was not working after I could not pay it they sent myself to their lawyer for backlisting. I found it very unfair because I was not working and now I am *********ed.

Poor service

Useless company
0 stars is a more appropriate rating. We had an emergency situation that warranted one to press panic buttons as well as trigger the alarm and they didn't even call nor send a someone to check if everything is ok. Paying them is the same as shredding money because they don't do anything

DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH CHUBB!
Do not associate with Chubb security! Customer service, zero! How they respond to emergencies, zero! Their inability to remedy a complaint, zero! When cancelling?! Even worse. I’ve had their system for less thank 4 months due to their lack of response when coming to emergencies, when calling to query this, their agents are rude and know nothing about telephone etiquette. I’m now requesting to cancel and they have not been attending to my query.

National Security and Fire (Mahikeng ) unprofessional (Contract termination)
I had a highly disappointing experience with this service provider. In September, I canceled my contract via email due to ongoing radio malfunctions and subpar service. Despite assurances from the Mahikeng office receptionist, Precious Mogapi, that their team would promptly remove the radio, I'm still waiting three months later. Attempts to reach their offices by phone have been futile, and a visit in person two days ago only led to more lies about network issues. If they debit my account again this month, I'm prepared to take legal action for breaching our terminated contract. This has been the most frustrating encounter with a service provider in my life.

National security and fire are *******.
If I could give this no stars I will. National transferred me over to ADT since June 2023. Then started debiting me again from August. Spoke to so many people, sent emails like they asked. No response to emails. Spoke to a manager who said she will email back still nothing. I have lost over R1000 to National security that they don't want to refund. Absolutely pathetic that in these times when we can't afford to survive we have big companies *****ing money from us and thinks it's OK.
