Its a **** - do not buy from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they will take your money you will not receive your goods - there is no answer nothing they are not real
I have been with them for 0ver 20 years and im meant to be a prestige account holder - well its been 2 different bankers they never respond almost like they dont exist, when you increase your credit card limit they will tell you its optional to have insurance but give you no way to opt out and when you then call to opt out you sit on the phone for over an hour to get told you must email someone else!!!! not to mention when I get through to prestige and tell them I want to change my account they just drop the call - unprofessional and practicing entrapment
Made an online purchase and had to cancel some items, which was done easily enough, I was first told that I can go instore and show my id ect and get my cash back or I have to wait for the money to be put back into my account, I had opted to just go collect and or use store credit as im renovating two houses - I notice on my account it shows nothing so I call again and get told this time that because it was a purchase off my credit card the option I want is not available and I will have to wait two weeks for the money to reflect in my account - so I call last week noticing nothing after waiting for a week and get told it takes up to two weeks now!!! so now its been two weeks and I call and now they dont even have any knowledge of my order and I get put through to the branch in forways and same no knowledge so they say they will call me back - this is so unacceptable I know have a job on hold contractors without material ect... over this!!! I WILL NOT USE OR RECCOMEND THEM AGAIN FOR ANY OF MY RENOVATIONS BUILDING OR TOOL NEEDS - AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT NONE OF MY FAMILY DOES EITHER!!!!!!!!
My partner who is currently residing and studying overseas is having such a bad time with absa due to the fact that they have just decided to start charging her R400 for monthly bank charges, even with proof of these charges they refuse to even explain what they are or why they are going off just saying that she is overseas so they cant help, they are ******* who get inconsiderate obfuscator's to contact and respond to the emails in which we are trying to resolve this issue, they have jsut said they will just mark the issues as resolved instead of helping because they refuse to see their fault in this issue... terrible service
I have had the same issues in the past with vodacom... I keep getting subscribed to channels ect... without my knowledge or consent. at one point in the past I was paying 1k for a 300 rand contract . So I get ahold of vodacom to let them know the issue after waiting for the operator to just keep getting told they are not subscribing me, I am sitting with the phone and i keep getting subscriptions im certain is not me and they saying well its not them soooooooo???? last time i was told that i hav e set up my account in such a way that I cannot be subscribed or pay for anything on my vodacom account yet here we are as usual... they are ****s and will not take any accountability my account is clearly vulnerable or is not secure or set up correctly but I cannot get any help from vodacom but they will happly take my money well after this week they have loist a client of 10+ years
On Wednesday the 25th of September I fell victim to an online **** and on the 26th of September realising my mistake and issue spent the better half of a day trying to find out from standard bank if I could reverse, cancel or stop this transaction no one could answer me from one banker to the next, ***** depo could not do anything because it had not cleared on their side!? then im told to speak to another banking depo who just blatantly was saying the exact opposite of ***** something about having to full in a "Complicated" form and procedure, so after already dealing with this nonsense im now being persuaded to not continue my efforts, I tried to get a ref to the calls which i was told there is none because they did not take my details? so how would they know if the transaction had cleared or what??? Realising that I am a prestige account holder with all the promises that come with it I try to reach out to my so called prestige banker, I was met with automated responses, along with the same response for another matter I had picked up on the way being that my prestige card I was sent does not match the card I have on internet banking and I cant use it at all so no card for my account only for the credit card which now has been compromised. thinking I should be in good hands I left the matter and 3-5hrs later with no response for what is a really small transaction and a minor card issue, I asked and expressed my concern and that i was getting upset, the response : Dear Darron. I am sorry about that however Prestige Banking has a team of support of bankers that assist the Prestige Bankers with queries. now what does this mean even how does this solve anything answer anything!!!! I responded with this: What does this mean? a team of bankers who cant give me an answer on one minor transaction and my card? Am I speaking to the wrong person maybe? I dont understand what the difference is? Honestly feels like you guys dont want to help me and now no responses, I know see the transaction on my statements and still no answer for either problems, I have never felt so disrespected, and unwelcomed by any company especially since i'm not asking for much but for some basic information and effort, and as a "PRESTIGE" member hoped I would be treated better than ****. with this I went to hellopeter and I must say your team handling that side actually responded in a timely and professional manner. they assured me something was going to happen so i took my post down alas now we are on the 27th with no response no effort nothing!!!! with this I will be repositing on hellopeter
After 10 years of being a customer they just disconnected me without any warning due to a bounce back of funds. which i payed the very day got reconnected then they debited me for 2 months the following 2 days. so i payed for 4 months over 4k. after dealing with the terrible customer service they have not got back to me about my refund, nothing i have been calling and emailing and all they do is close my tickets and when I call they tell me that there is nothing open on their side when you complain via email to the email given on their site address it goes to a 3rd party that handles the complaints in which they send u a form to full out! my med aid has not been paid my phone has not been paid but they will do nothing i have begged and they dont care their response is someone tried to call!? but can't send an email yes a fibre company can't even get it together and send a single email to a customer of 10 years!!!!!!!
