TFG illegally blocking voucher and keeping my funds
TFG blocked my account after I purchased a voucher. I logged 5 calls to try and open my account without success. Later decided to close account. The voucher I purchased they refuse to refund or activate voucher card and thus keeping my money illegally Next step is small claims court to obtain my funds

Extremely poor communication on opening bank accounts
<p>After various attempts to your private wealth department to date no response exept my query has been resolved without resolving my query.</p> <p>I reqeusted 3x bank accounts to be opened and to date nothing after supplying all documentation. Extremely dissappointed in your private banker. FNB has always been a good bank to me but now that I tried to move my family here you have dissappointed. I logged a call with your centre, no response after logging my complaint, what is happening FNB????</p>

Eskom rebates not paid to client
Installed a solar geyser in February 2014. Till today no rebate received from supplier who changed their business name to North-west solar and confirmed that they used my rebate for own business.<br> Extremely poor response from Oneenergy, unethical business people. Very disappointed that one has to pursue legal action against people like Louis and Pieter for their unethical behavior and Oneenergy for their lack of intervention.

Waiting for parts since Feb 2015 (4months)
Mahindra Centurion.<br> Ordered Parts in February 2015, never received updates on parts. Got call on 26 June 2015 that parts are here and when I took car in 29 June was told parts will only be here 2 July 2015. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Mahindra, SsangYong Worst Service EVER!!!!<br> Elton
