The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We have been with then for about 6 years without problems and now when the geyser is not heating up we are left since Friday 12th July 2019 without hot water. We called the landline on the sticker - not answering, the cell phone we are told the guy is no longer in the business, third number also a cell phone discontinued. We ring up one energy to be told that they are busy until end August 2019 with installations. So what in the name of One Energy do we do for hot water until end August when it is most probably a simple little part that needs renewing. I know other people have to wash in cold water but after paying out for their system old customers should get some priority. Problem with companies these days are that they have forgotten courtesy and customer services. We are 70 years old and get told that we must not get cold so washing in cold water is good for us so One Energy thinks.

It is seldom that you come across a company that stands out with service and after sales service like this. From the first call it has only been a pleasure dealing with One Energy. They arrived on time, price was better than anybody else, the work was done professionally and with the best possible advice. They even refunded me for the parts quoted and not used. I wish more companies can do business like this. Thank you!!

It is now almost two weeks that I have been having an issue with one of the geyser air valves that is faulty and must be replaced, installation was done almost a year ago and it was confirmed to the installer that this unit was covered for the year but now no word from them ever since, not sure if they are buying time so that we can move past the 11th or if this is generally how they work, this is SHOCKING!

I have an ITS heat pump installed by One Energy and the unit was due for a service. I phoned Ken Johnstone and scheduled the service. Peter Shenje arrived at the scheduled date and time and what a joy to see a person working with passion as well as knowing the product. He completely stripped the heat pump assembly and spent more than 2 hours on the servcie call out. He left me basically with a brand new heat pump. Thanks Peter and One Energy.

Installed a solar geyser in February 2014. Till today no rebate received from supplier who changed their business name to North-west solar and confirmed that they used my rebate for own business.
Extremely poor response from Oneenergy, unethical business people. Very disappointed that one has to pursue legal action against people like Louis and Pieter for their unethical behavior and Oneenergy for their lack of intervention.
