Disappearing data without change in use
Vodacom mobile router contract customer here. It's a trap, when I took the contract it was r270-330, it's 18 months later and I'm already paying R455, I don't know how. It's 200gb, and finished on the 16th of May already. You can't get through to anyone coz always line busy and TOBI can't help. I have not changed use of data but Apr it finished 25th and now this!

Rude to customers, unprofessional personnel responding on their digital marketing platform.
Bsc Formulation Science student doing Literature review and was met with a insulting response by Tshangana Siyavuya basically saying they've got more important places to use their resources than assist me. I'm a mom of 3 and eldest son is autistic and so loves FUTURELIFE amongst other brands, safe to say that my family is done with rude brands like FUTURELIFE.

Actual size not matching description
Ordered a 2.5L gas kettle, I saw from the box that there's no way it's 2.5L .upon measuring I find that it's 1.8L even though the box and site says it's 2.5L . I feel ****med because I only bought the kettle for the size, to replace an old 2,5L kettle

They do not protect us from food theft and accept **** photos as evidence by food *****ing drivers
I ordered a meal and driver didn't respond to my calls and only said I was unreachable when I was texting him standing outside and not seeing him. Ubereats refuses to refund my monies though the picture given by driver is unrecognizable and there where securities at the gate to receive order which driver decided to eat my food.

Regretting ever choosing Cartrack
App lies on where my vehicle is. I've joined for 2months now and 100% regret. Calling to test my location, I'm told I didn't pay so they can't see my vehicle... payment went off last week so they don't know what they are talking about. I so want to cancel them.

Provided incomplete information and not easily reachable
We have been provided incomplete information, settlement amount with no bank account and not getting help when calling but being transfered to dif persons for minutes and minutes. Due date is nearing and will result in dragging the process.

MFC is good at harassing fir no reason!
Payment date is 25th of every month. Today is the 26th and I haven't made payment, they are already sending collection after me and I'll have to pay their collection costs still. Mind you, except for this late payment, I'm up to date on installments and have been with my car since 2018!

What a rip off
Baby Bag Program is now a scam. I've shopped enough to get bag, all of sudden I'm told rules changed to what I was told. I must now ONLY buy baby essentials. They can keep their bag. They front desk lady point blank told me doesn't know that rules changed, she went on the phone with someone then that's when she found out too.

Rudest delivery service I've had.
4th month of complaining each time I have to get my parcel. The other times I had to go stand by certain corner to get my parcel still after spending money n calling to get my parcel. Drivers r rude n they lie just to not get to my door.

Don't use Ndondo from Unicap Industries registered company
"Unicap industries" as the Houseplan person said is the name, he is a fraudster . My money paid November 2021 a total of R13520 not yet refunded .I still dont have a houseplan!
