Disgusted
They suck!!! I owe standard bank money. I was without a job and family was helping me. All i want is a statement. I have no idea what interest im paying or what i owe. The other day I called 4 times as I was cut off multiple times and then I get told they can't see what interest im paying. I am.currenly paying what I can afford but by the looks of it im paying till I land in the grave

Bad costumer service
The consultant(Dikeledi/Dimakatso) who is apparently handling my account is very rude and doesn’t even take into consideration the explanations to the questions she asked me. What matters is that she gets her word through.

Bham & Dahya Attorneys are unproffessional
After settling my term loan with Standard Bank in full and final settlement through Bham & Dahya Attorneys on 25th September 2025, Standard bank is still sending me statements of the loan being outstanding and the minimum amount payable. Bham and Dhaya Attorneys automated calling system is also still phoning me continuously. The Bham & Dahya Attorneys reference number is STL/2232. I have emailed Standard Bank and still have not received any response besides the latest statement.

Bad client service
Worst client experience ever. I settled a Telkom account with them on the 8th Sep 2025 and they are refusing to give me my paid up letter. I spoke to mutliple agents and none of them are of any assistance. I want my paid up letter for that account. They are ************* worth because why is it that I have to wait for donkey years for a paid up letter but when they call you to make arrangements they will call you nonstop
