1 hour later the bus is no where and the customer service tells us it’s coming. There is literally no service provided they treat passengers as government does it’s voters
The service and on going pretending to not have change so we can tell them to keep the change
Today I had the worst service from the rivonia road Branch where I ended up taking my money and walking away the attitude and disrespect and disregard for Covid regulations is very bad rules need to be trained in to staff
The drivers attitude is the most horrific he calls once and minutes later I call him back he tells me to take up with management. There is no willingness to serve it’s like I’m bothering his day, I wish I opted to collect the parcel myself
The lack of leadership and the continuing lack of service just to communicate and solve issues is amazing. They don’t care if I as a client is happy or not it just doesn’t bother them
This business is both racist and insulting to society they find it easy to ridicule and embarrassing their clients instead of handling issues their agents do in the market
They sell sinking beds and they never take responsibility they passed me on to the manufacturers who never bothered to contact me all I wanted was my refund
The **** attitude of Kobus should have been a sign he took my money and I drove my car to his workshop but had to tow it away he is a criminal which should be in prison
