Worst client service everytime !!! I ordered coffee pods before Easter (its a month now) AND STILL NO DELIVERY. Every email comes back with they are sorting out the delivery but I still dont get a confirmation of WHEN??? If you cant deliver then refund me !!!!
I am shocked at discovery for not getting a simple thing like changing an email address right. My broker has tried and I hv tried but when I log in it still shows the old email. I cannot link up a device for the AP etc. the security is so tight that it keeps the client out of their profile. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CHANGE MY EMAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shocking service. Asked voda to remove primary contact from my account in 2020. They assured me they had. Yesterday trying to log a fault they asked me if I’m the person that we had removed feom the account????? Now being told to report to call centre which I was trying to do but was told by consultant they cant!!!!! As usual the PAYING CUSTOMER is in the middle getting no assistance from anyone!!!!!!!!
Disgusting service by credit card division. Card was cancelled due to ***** and they promised to expidite a new card with 3/4 days FOR AN EXTRA COST of R450. After agreeing to that insult its now 26th Dec and no card in sight as it was delivered to Centurion and I live in Ballito ( which I confirmed when ordering the new card) So now a new card has to be ordered, and the process of hurry and wait starts again!!!!!!! HUGE INCONVENIENCE during festive season. Appalling service!!!!
Pathetic service from cel c business. You cant change your account limit at a branch and when I fone they tell me I fail the security questions even after I have to a branch to confirm all my details which they had wrong AFTER I sent an email. BEYOND pathetic I’m moving from cel c how can I get my queries seen to if not at a branch or online????????????
Am experiencing a streaming issue. Everytime I get assistance because what they suggest isnt working they going to escalate it. Its a month later and still no help. I’m a paying customer with dstv since inception THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I NEED A MANAGER PLEASE

I cant believe the terrible client service from this company I will never use them again. 1 star is too good fir travelstart there should be minus stars.
Have sent many emails, online query form on their website and I get NO reply. The whats ap is NOT helpful at all as its machine replies. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET ASSISTANCE.
