Good day I have app**** a withdrawal from my two pot on the 25th of January. A lady that also app**** on the same date AFTER me received her money on the 27th. Upon hearing that I contacted GTC about my claim only to hear that my banking details was not validated, the lady then assisted me and told me that once my banking details have been verified I will receive my money within two working days. When I contacted them again om Friday everything was in order the status of my application was "Payment package generated" and when I called again this morning the person to whom I spoke said the "Payment waiting to be released" and when I asked how long it takes for the payment to be released, he could not give me an answer. This is honestly ridiculous. How can other people's money be paid out within one day and mine is taking so long even though everything seems to be in order. I have always spoken very highly of GTC but now I am frustrated and irritated.
I placed an online order for PNP The meent on the 23rd of December. When I received my package the buttermilk was expired (I did log a query with a photo of the expiry date), the onions was packed on the 6th of December, some was rotten(I also attached a photo with the date), the JIK I ordered was half full, and I also attached a photo and queried it, until now I did not get feedback on my buttermilk query or JIK query, regarding the onions I was sent an email to send a picture of the rotten onions. I already discard them? Your customer service is terrible honestly. I chose to spend my hard working money on your app and you can not even give me proper customer service?
Good day I received communication that I would get a R100 Woolworths refund voucher due to some products that was spoiled. However they sent the voucher to an old number that I do not have anymore. I responded and asked if they could send the voucher to my new number, which I provided them with. I did not receive the voucher as yet any further communication. This is honestly understandable. Good day I hope all is well. I bought a hisense chest freezer from your Wonderpark brach in June. I emailed your customer team regarding the build up of ice in the freezer especially around the seal however I was told that a service call was logged for a hisense technician to come and inspect the fridge. However, the fridge it not even 6 months old, it should not even be serviced? I am very disappointed in game. I have a two year warranty on the chest freezer, why not replace it? Clearly it is faulty. I am very satisfied with the service I received from your agent that handled the matter and understand that she was only following the given instructions but this is not acceptable to me. Considering the fact that my chest freezer is not even 4 months old and STILL UNDER WARRANTY. Would you be pleased if the you were in the same situation? I want a replacement. Not a service.

Good morning. This morning I accidentally transferred R2260 into my credit card account, instead of R260. I have been handed over by Capitec due to not paying my debt at Capitec ,therefore I wanted to start contributing R260 towards my credit card from this month ,but as mentioned above ,I made an mistake by paying in R2260. I went into the branch at Bougainville for assistance, the consultant was very friendly that assisted me and phoned the CCS department on my behalf for a refund ,but I was told that I need to send an email to CCS and wait 5 business days for feedback. I urgently need that refund as that was my rent money. I can not wait 5 business days ,it was an accident. I am human. It happens. Why can they not just reverse the payment? Take R260 ,and refund me with the R2000?Please assist. I need a refund urgently. Kind Regards Ivanca
Good day. I am very disappointed with your store at Quagga Centre Mall in Pretoria West. I have been there multiple times and there is NEVER stock of your specials that is advertised ,specifically your woolworths brand Rice for R22.99 and your woolworths brand sugar for R32.99(when it is on special). Are they not supposed to ensure that there is enough stock to accommodate everyone? Epecially if they know that is an affordable item?

I went on the website to track the order only to find that it said 'delivery attempt failed'. He did not receive a call nor an sms to inform him that the courier is outside of our house. I would like to complain regarding the Sealy bed I have bought from Bradlows. I bought the sealy Salvatore bed Desember 2020 at Bradlows. The mattress has been replaced as it was faulty. I am now sitting with another complaint from the new mattress that I have received in January. My material is starting to tear? I do have a mattress protector on the bed and it is taken very good care of. Please assist.
