Worst service I have ever had!!! Been waiting for weeks and only had one update then radio silence again. Had to order from another provider twice now to ensure my dogs have food. Do not waste your money or time. Pretty sure this is a massive **** site!!!
After months of backwards and forwards and excuses, he blocked me on Whatsapp and then either blocked me or deleted his Facebook page Merino Legacy after taking my money!
Received my parcel very fast, and the website is user friendly.
Very quick, efficient and friendly!! Was dreading having to renew my license, but they made it a really pleasant experience.
Extremely disappointed in their customer service!! He forced his way onto my property and harassed and intimidated me into giving him a large amount of money otherwise he refused to leave. Completely unacceptable and felt extremely unsafe. The situation could easily have been much worse. They haven't responded to my or my partners complaints. Does this mean this driver is unchecked and is continuing to intimidate and harass other clients.
Paid for my order on the 6th of June. It showed the delivery will take 9 to 11 working days. I have emailed them 3 times, they have only responded once saying that one item is still busy arriving at their warehouse. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Now my order is showing payment confirmation cancelation, and nobody is responding to my emails. Very disappointed in their bad service.
