Had the worst experience with the branch in Paarl. Pre ordered 20l Grey and was told I could collect next day. I drove an hour to the shop only to be told it hasn't arrived yet and apparently their courier was not answering hes phone. I then left and the salesman ignored my calls and text. Would not recommend anyone doing business with them
Terrible service from Dstv. My account was hacked and upgraded without my consent and Dstv wants to charge me more than double my normal amount. All the consultants were not helpful at all. Even spoke to manager Maria and still no help. I will definitely be cancelling my account
Had a terrible experience at this branch on the 30 August 2025. Was served our drinks at about 8pm. 10pm we had still not received our food. We ended up leaving disappointed and hungry. Worst part was that we had my wife's 79 year old grandmother with us who was so looking forward to dining out. Very bad service
Was really impressed by Fazlin Mohamedali from King Price. Very patient and helped me get the information I needed. She really went above and beyond and it's because of people like her that I choose to be insured with King Price.Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work🙂
Was helped by an extremely friendly and helpful young man by the name of Duran at your Adderley street branch on 20/01/21. He had such a lot of patience as we tried to resolve my issue I was experiencing. Staff like that are such a valuable asset to any company and I must commend Woolworths on doing such a stellar job. Normally retail staff don't really go out of their way but I must say that Duran you are 1 in a million. Keep up the good job and you will go very far
Returned rental vehicle on 6th December 2020, today is 17th December 2020 and still have not received holding deposit back after being told it takes between 4-7 working days. Tried calling and emailing them but to no avail. Customer service is really pathetic but when booking was being made they would email me instantly. Person I dealt with was Nicola Goosen. Really regret using this terrible company and wouldn't advise anyone to use them in the future.
Extremely disappointed in Nedbank. I have been struggling for the past few months having them update my new residential address on my bank statements. Surely this can not be such a difficult task??? Every time I speak to someone they tell me its been updated and will reflect on new statement but few weeks down the line it still shows old address. This is extremely stressful as I don't have any accounts and I need my bank statement as Proof of Address
Have experienced terrible service from this company. have emailed and called them numerous times to no avail. Why is it so difficult to have my parcel delivered???
