Had the worst experience with the branch in Paarl
Had the worst experience with the branch in Paarl. Pre ordered 20l Grey and was told I could collect next day. I drove an hour to the shop only to be told it hasn't arrived yet and apparently their courier was not answering hes phone. I then left and the salesman ignored my calls and text. Would not recommend anyone doing business with them

Had the worst experience with the branch in Paarl. Pre ordered 20l Grey and was told I could collect next day. I drove an hour to the shop only to be told it hasn't arrived yet and apparently their courier was not answering hes phone. I then left and the salesman ignored my calls and text. Rubber Sealant - do not order online
I ordered paint online on 26 February 2026 and paid for the paint from Rubber Sealant. Since then I tried to contact Rubber Sealant 5 times on two cellphone numbers that appear on the invoice. They did not answer their phones nor did they return my call. I then sent the invoice to their Paarl branch and Gauteng via whatsapp and request a delivery date. Nobody came back to me. I sent an email today to request the same, but needless to say - nobody came back to me. It is absolutely shocking. I never had such bad service from any company ever in my life - and I am a pensioner.
