Today I played spina zonke slots with an average bet of about R1..... Mystic fortune deluxe, tree of riches.... Etc. I LOST R1000 WITHIN A SPACE OF ABOUT TWO HOURS.
Over the weekend I played on Hollywoodbets site, at some point I decided to withdraw but every banking service available that Hollywood bets uses for withdrawals was suddenly down. They did however allow me to follow through with my transaction on the understanding that I'll only get my instant money code the following day. I cashed out R300, and decided to continue playing with the rest all the while thinking that I'll receive my withdrawal. To my surprise there was no withdrawal coz Hollywoodbets decided to cancel the withdrawal and add the funds back to my playing account while my phone was on autoplay. I'm extremely irate at the fact that they conduct business in this way. It very underhand
They've added a R120 monthly charge to my bill for some "platinum" device insurance cover without my consent and they now expect me to make the arrangement to cancel. They are ******* and im going to share this issue as many people as I can via all mediums ... Social media etc ...
I'm seriously irritated by how much money I've lost at Hollywoodbets over the last 5 years. Hollywoodbets literary just eats your money. It doesn't matter how much you deposit, nor does it matter what slots you play, you will experience huge loses over lengthy periods of time and you get a small win on that odd day just to fool you. Supabets are robbing customers of their money. When you deposit there's no issues, but when winnings need to be allocated to your account or you need to withdraw then they give you the run around. Been waiting 4 days now for my R1000 winning to be allocated to my account# Fahdeel77..... The call center keeps dropping calls or promises to escalate and give feedback but it never happens. It takes 7-10 calls just so that you can inform them of your problem. Then another. 70 calls trying to get feedback..... Why can the gambling board not step here???? I'm fuming with the current state of things at this company. Get new leadership coz you're running this business like a government institution.
Atrocious, been waiting since July 2022 for my claim to be sorted. To date nothing and they can't give me any decent feedback.
Whenever I call the company regarding money that I've won and is due to me, they give me the run around. All they say is that the matter has been escalated and then ask for ticket numbers. I've have an issue since 12/05/2022 and even though I've given them proof of the betting transactions in the form of screen shots, they've chosen to ignore my communication. I call and email daily with no joy. Strangest part of all is that they always asking for ticket numbers whenever you call for assistance around your winning, but whenever there's system errors where the players benefit then the system is able to automatically fix any dicrepency. The staff also tend to be rather condescending, on every communication platform. They drop client calls, respond arrogantly to emails and what'sapp messages and they don't bother assisting you with your query. The instead just pass the buck.
I have had two ABSA Cash sends sent to me today. Always getting error code 72. The sender went back to the ATM to try and reverse the paymnent but could not. I have tried 3 different ATMS. I really need this money. Can someone please give me a solution or at least look into this for me. What is error code 72?

Hi guys I really just advise at this point as I'm tired of complaining about this ****ty company known as Rain. I'd like to know if there isn't a consumer watchdog thats that's able to assist the public in this regard? Surely such unethical businesses Should not be allowed to trade. Hello Peter is lit with complaints regarding rain and nothing is being done to take them to task. Cart blanch? CPA? CONSUMER OMBUDSMAN?
