pathetic service

horrible experience with this company, never keep to their word and very bad service, very quick to call me and force me to accept 1 of them as a financial advisor but never give feedback, had a horrible experience and advise everyone to stay away from such incompetence they FSP should most certainly be reviewed

the new fotons are incredible the features are great and makes it extremely comfortable. great center of gravity making it a great drive. very decent power and fuel consumption, since foton has come back into SA they have come back with some serious strides. great value for money

Disgraceful service

This is really the worse service ever. My first order had to be canceled due to a rude arrogant driver who brought me food that was tossed in a washing machine. My 2nd order has delays and again I cannot track the driver who the restaurant says has collected the order a while back. I'm trying to get food through Mr D from 9 am it's not 12:30 Really pathetic

Crooked businessman

Horrible experience, I was promised a spotters fee for referring a client (I am also a trader who supplied them with cars). After the deal was approved and contracts drawn, I was given stories about why I cannot be paid. I’m still waiting for 3 days for the manager to call me back. Previous bad experience was on settlement of a vehicle. Which took months after they bought the car Horrible service and very shady to deal with.

Fnb is pathetic

It’s very disappointing that you can get such horrible service from a bank, my app isn’t allowing me to log in after I disputed a transaction. I was told my dispute would be resolved in 5-7 days It’s been something like 11 days and counting with no feedback. Worse part is I’m paying the higher fees as I’m a private client, my banker doesn’t take my calls or even bother to assist. I’m so sick of this service really

Incompetent service department

The worse service advisors and service manager in the world The service received was despicable After I collected my vehicle I got stuck because vw Benoni citi didn’t put my car back together properly, oil and fuel started leaking from pipes which where not properly put together

Dealership with no integrity

I made arrangements to go through and view an Amarok bakkie Only to be called and told that the boss is busy with a client who wants to come in and see the car I have to wait for him. This is after I had arrange a meeting to go through and view the vehicle Is that guys money worth more than mine??

rain is the worse

I've been waiting for support to contact me for over a week. im using rain 5g which is paid but it says ive reached my spend limit ( supposed to be unlimited) the email i recieved states that my account is due on the 17th august or it would be suspended by 17th august if not paid. ive made the payment and still have no internet. the service is utterly disgusting. my last post on hellopeter got a reply and that was it. this is the worse service ive ever received. i want my internet connection restored as my payments are made till 17 September 2020

utterly disgusting service from a call centre, waiting for over 48 hours for my business account to opened, been promised a call from management which im still waiting for . this is disgusting from a company like fnb . please care to hire professional
