Based on recent customer reviews, InspectaCar receives sharply divided feedback across its dealership network. A recurring theme among dissatisfied customers is the sale of vehicles with significant mechanical defects, including engine failures, suspension faults, and concerns about roadworthy certification. Customers consistently mention poor post-sale support, unreturned calls, and difficulty reaching dealer principals when warranty or repair issues arise. On the positive side, certain consultants and branches earn praise for attentive service, patience, and a smooth buying experience, suggesting that customer outcomes vary considerably depending on the specific branch and staff involved.

Icar lifestyle auto Centurion. If you value your money, sanity, and time, stay far away from these ****mers. I bought a Nissan X-Trail from them, and within just two weeks the car threw a low oil pressure warning while I was on holiday. I did the responsible thing—stopped immediately and contacted Max Phiri. Guess what? I had to pay for my own tow truck to get the car back to JHB. They collected the vehicle from my house, took it to their so-called workshop, and then sat on it for three weeks. And after all that? They flat-out refuse to fix the car. Trying to get hold of Ahmed Vadia, the dealer principal, is a joke—he’s never available, never at the office, and apparently allergic to accountability. Max and Simon? They’ll happily ignore your calls too. This dealership is a circus run by clowns. A bunch of ***********, dishonest idiots who should not be trusted with selling bicycles, let alone cars. I will see them in court, and I strongly warn anyone considering them: run the other way.

Dear I bought my car from Lifestyle motors in centurion. The vehicle had numerous issues from day 1. After I took it to KIA for a service, it was still the same. I drove approximate 800km, and the engine failed completely. Now im stuck with a broken car with an additional R50 to 60 000 damage. I need help urgently. Bought a car, horrible process and service from everyone involved. Especially after the sale was made. When I took delivery I noticed a strange suspension sound. Took it to a RMI approved mechanic who noticed serious issues with the suspension. Took it for a roadworthy to verify and it failed. I-Car sells non-roadworthy cars. I don't know how they obtain roadworthy certificates but it is very suspicious. Rather stay away.
