Bad service
So disappointed 😞. Imagine on my first month of a dash cam I got a bad service. We agreed on a R139 cover to my surprise I received a call saying I owe them 209 which is not what we agreed on. How do I trust car track? I tried to call them and no one is attending to my complain all they say is my account is in arrears. I need urgent help.

Poor service
I am expressing extreme disappointment and frustration. My wife, who is due to give birth, was admitted to Pelonomi Hospital last week Tuesday, April 21st, and has been hospitalized for over a week with no resolution in sight, putting my unborn child at risk. Despite my efforts to meet with hospital management, I have been informed of the challenges faced by the hospital, which I understand, but I believe it is their duty to provide adequate care. The hospital's prioritization of emergency cases means that non-emergency patients like my wife are left waiting. I question the logic of admitting patients if they cannot receive timely assistance. Having lost a child in Pelonomi before, I am anxious that history may repeat itself. The conditions are dire, with pregnant patients sleeping on chairs and bathing in cold water in freezing temperatures. I have exhausted all avenues and desperately seek help for my wife and unborn child. This situation is unacceptable.

Budget ill treated me for switching to another insurance
So when I bought my vehicle through weelee I was given options of insurances and I chose budget insurance. As time goes they called me non stop introducing services that I felt I didn't need however they called everyday I was annoyed and found a better comprehensive insurance much lower that budget.I called budget to cancel their insurance and the lady told me that I have to R600 pro data wat wat of which I was willing to pay. To my surprise budget is on my credit profile with the debt of R2093.00 that I dint know of! I felt like it would have been better if someone called me and explain the whole process in a bit professional manner .Maybe the crime I committed was to switch the insurer.Now my credit record has been affected with no explanation at all. I am so disappointed with this company I felt I was ill treated 😪

Poor service Uber
I requested a bolt today from the most rude bolt driver ever.My banking app gave me trouble I asked the driver if I can withdraw at the ATM and he started fighting. Even canceled the ride. Not only that the vehicle was unroadworthy with broken front lights and untidy vehicle not to mention the attitude from the guy That vehicle is not roadworthy to carry public Reg: CN78KGHP Driver: Amukelani

Their sales **** to us that after 12 months the phone belongs to you.I just found out now that I'm renting a phone 😏😏.It's worth 3500 after 12 I would have paid +4200 and yet I have return it back to pep store. I feel so betrayed

Debt review removal
I sent all the necessary documents that needed to remove my name from debt review as I no longer indebted and I have no accounts at all. And funny enough no help from anyone there I tried calling and sent several times sent e mails and they keep telling me I haven't sent any documents. I just don't know what to do anymore I so wish I get the same attention I got when I joined. When you get out you are on your own. NDA please attend to this matter I'm in need of your attention 😪

Prescription letter
So few years i had account with jet store. And my account is now legally prescribed. I sent several e mails requesting jet to provide me with the letter as a proof that my account was prescribed but no luck. I tried all that i can even called but one is willing to help. It's so annoying to follow all the right protocols and yet receive no help. Please assist I need to restructure my finances

Prescription letter
[email protected] So few years back I had account with sleep masters and my account was legally prescribed. And now I need to get the proof that my account was prescribed from the creditor and no one is willing to help all they keep telling me is my account was sold to the debt collectors for collection.How unprofessional of this group that I must go look for those people while my account was with them not the third party. All the creditors helped me even though the accounts were also sold to collectors but only this group. Now I'm unable to move on in life because I opened the account with the wrong company. Can someone please help with the prescription letter it's my legal write to get it and restructure my financial record
