Service department has shocking customer care. My 72 year old father took his vehicle in for service at Hyundai Pinetown on 31/3/2026. He was called at 4:45 to fetch the vehicle. I drove him to the dealership when he arrived the vehicle was not ready. He had to wait for an half and hour whilst they were completing the service. The staff were very argumentative instead of be considerate. Failed to give an explaination to the point the that I had to intervene. The receptionist was very rude. When we left the dealership the staff was laugh at us. The way they treated my elderly dad was disgusting. Worst service i have ever seen. My father didnt deserve such pathetic service
Recently financed a vehicle with Absa vehicle finance. Was promised a loyalty bonus for refinancing with them. Waited for two months but no bonus was paid to me. Today when I follow up Im told i no longer qualify for the bonus. Very dishonest business practice from Absa. Really disappointing

I have never experienced such pathetic service from an insurance company. I lodged my claim on 10 July 2023 and my vehicle has still not been fixed. I had sent my vehicle for service and was advised that my water pump is leaking. I call Absa and was told not to worry and I’ll be assisted. Till today nothing has happened. Been sent from pillar to post. And for some odd reason they don’t communicate anything with me, their client, instead expect me to call them and my nominated service provider for feedback. How I regret leaving outsurance. Absa is pathetic.
On the 4th of December 2021 I applied for fibre service with webafrica. i was assisted by one Dannileen who advised me of the various packages available. Of the packages available I then agreed on the 20/5mbps line at R549. I had no issues thereafter and payment were duly deducted from my account. On the 1st of March 2022 the service provider deducted R699 from my account. When I enquired why this was done I was advised that when I applied a promo was in effect. I advised the agent, Gift, who was assisting me that there was a promo in effect when I applied. I advised him that I was never advised of any promo. I even showed him the whatsapp conversation which I had with Dannileen when I registered but he ignored this and kept telling me about a promo I was never advised on. I have made several calls and have been on kept on hold for houses on end. I am receiving no assistance and being ignored. as things stand Webafrica is deducting money we have not agreed on. worst service ever
They sell rebuilt cars without informing the public. Be careful
on Wednesday 12/2/2020 I went to vw alpine pinetown to request that they instal a left headlight ballast. The service consultant John Hadebe promised to have my vehicle ready at 10/11 on 14/2/2020 as I needed to be in a meeting at empangeni at 1pm. I was ask to pay the invoice up front so they would order the part. On Thursday 13/2/2020 at 17:28 I was called by the consultant who told me not to bring my car in as they had a delay getting the part. When I asked if the dealership could still keep to our agreement John became very rude and told me it wasn’t their fault the part was late. On 14/2/2020 I received no call from the dealership. I had to make alternative plans to fix my vehicle. When I went to request my money from the dealership as they had not provided the service they promised they refused to refund me my money. This is the worst VW I’ve ever been too and I’d advise people not to go there
