Every time i have a Shein order, Buffalo logistics keeps me updated on a daily basis when my parcel will be delivered. The courier delivery employee is so professional, he keeps contact and delivers promptly, every single time. If i could give this specific driver a raise i would!!! Thanks Buffalo Logistics

The courier company notified me that my Shein Order was delivered & signed for on 11.12.2023 at 08:09 am. It was not delivered to my address and is the signature on the waybill is not signed by me. At first I thought it was delivered to my address & someone at my work might have signed for it, however the courier driver was not on our premises on 11.12.2023 at all. I tried phoning the customer service centre from Buffalo Kempton Park side to try and assist but after 6 attempts and them putting the phone down everytime i get to "you are caller number 1 in the queue", i thought it would be better to send them an e-mail. The e-mail addresses they provide is also coming back and i am not getting ANY feedback on my very expensive order. I paid an insane amount on import taxes to BUFFALO for the stupid couier employee to deliver it to some different address he thought good. I cant even get an answer as to where it was delivered or the name of the person who signed for a parcel that was addressed to my name & surname. Aren't they supposed to confirm the delivery with a cellphone number? I mean how am i going to get my refund if no one is assisting or answering??
If i could actually rate 0 stars i would do that. The past month i have received the WORST service i have ever had with a service provider and this was just in the purchase/installation phase. We ordered a Vodacom Fibre package in January of 2022 and received the router very promptly via the courier, we then followed up with the sales lady when the fibre would be installed as it said 2 weeks on the AD, QUOTE & INVOICE. However after 2 weeks no communication was made to arrange installation, after numerous e-mails back and forth the sales lady advises that she will go ahead and cancel the package as i am not happy with the service, STILL NO assistance/feedback could be given, no effort to assist a NEW VODACOM CUSTOMER. It was basically a clear message that Vodacom does not need any new customers, because they would rather lose the new business than to try and assist us, which is actually her job. So i decided to give Vodacom another chance as the package was the best out of all the fibre service providers, but that in fact led to me feeling like a fool as it was the exact same story. Different sales person, but no WORK DRIVE, i wish i could share the screenshots of my call log, call recordings & e-mails, it is SHOCKING. So our home has been without wifi for 1 month and VODACOM once again FAILED to deliver any service. VODACOM - you can't expect people to pay & beg for a service at the same time, the departments i communicated with was worse than the Home Affairs service i received. I also know this review is not going to make a change at Vodacom but hopefully it will show that someone in the future will read it so that they STAY as FAR away from Vodacom as possible.
Worst service with a follow up on a paid cross border permit. Not receiving feedback but receive the "read receipts" every time. Management that has been copied in the e-mails also read and just don't reply. Struggling with cross border permits due to this pathetic service were NOT receiving.
Last night on 08.03.2021 my mom was bitten by her dog, her lip is so deep open you could almost see through into her mouth. She and my dad is on Discovery medical aid and was refused help @ Life Healthcare Suikerbosrand (Heidelberg) if they did not pay a certain amount to the doctor on duty. Also were informed that their Discovery medical aid did not cover the ONLY private clinic in Heidelberg. The receptionist on duty in the emergency room was so rude, they did not even attempt to help or even have a look at her injury, they didn't give her any medication or help! They did not have the R700 and one would think paying almost half your salary a month on medical aid would be ENOUGH for the medical leaches to try to help but NO! So my parents went home, I drove from my home to them to clean her wound and tried to close it with their emergency medic kit products! It never stopped bleeding an she was in so much pain though the night. I'm still in the process of getting the lady and doctor's names and I WILL post this on EVERY social media platform I want this to go VIRAL! Even with a medical aid you stand a better chance of getting help at a state hospital where they charge you NOTHING!!! It's so sad because no other clinic is close enough to just drive to so the people of Heidelberg are stuck with unethical, inhumane and RUDE medical staff that we were sworn to by MEDICAL BOARDS that we could trust with our lives. I for one would not trust them with my life. Life Hospital Suikerbos in Heidelberg is PATHETIC!
Yesterday i was still able to do transactions on my online ABSA banking app. Today i try to make a payment and upon the login my app on my phone pops up a message: "digital service locked due to unpaid fees" ????? If i pay up to +- R 500 banking fees a month how the hell do you lock my device on the 24th of the month due to an unpaid banking fee without notice, sms, e-mail, phone calls, ANY type of COMMUNICATION. But you can send me 50 sms's when i log into my app??? So instead of notifying me, a trusted ABSA banker for over 25 years, they'd rather block everything and expect me to go into a branch. I NEED TO PAY my daughter's school fees at the end of the week, i work during the day & DON'T have time to stand in a queue in an incompetent branch with an ID to solve an issue that was created by ABSA! So i decided to phone the my ABSA branch, they inform me they can't assist and refer me to an ABSA call center and then provide me with the WRONG number. (I do have to say i am not surprised.) I finally reach someone at the call center after holding on for 20 minutes and then wait ANOTHER 15 minutes to have the phone being put down in my ear. HOW INCOMPETENT did you ABSA become? I have been with ABSA my whole life, but surely regret staying loyal to THIS. They have made me draw the line as i am one VERY angry and VERY unsatisfied customer!
After my vehicle was fully repaired in a speedy time, which i am thankful for, my car's battery came back flat and almost dead. I had to pay for a new one to be installed to be able to get to and from work, i did notify Renew-It Greenstone. I was notified that the charges of my battery would be refunded. It being a tough month due to all courtesy car expenses and to get lifts to and from work when my car was still in repairs, i did not budget for that R1000's battery charges. I still have not received my refund and every time i follow up, i get a response that they're looking into it and will get back to me. I know it's not much but with that money out of my account one debit order could not go through, so my debt score is going to be affected. So disappointed with this.
