Paid the Vuma monthly subscription at Pick n Pay on the 29 May 2024 and I'm being taken from pillar to post for reconnection. Every consultant gives a different story. I have been calling with no luck of being helped.
Drove into the BP Garage in Sandton at Grayston Drive. Saw an FNB ATM and quickly asked the attendant to pour me R200 gas, which he gladly did. To my surprise, the ATM wasn't working and they had load shedding. Maurice advised me of the nearest ATM and I left my car as it's a 2 minutes walk. When I came back he apologized for the experience even though it wasn't his fault and spoke to me so humanly.
Went out to @Marble Restaurant in Sandton with a colleague for a meeting. I must the standard of service rendered by the restaurant is money worth. From being welcomed into the restaurant, the manager and serving staff just have the right mind to give the best service when looking to dine out. Awesome Service.
Once again MCA disappoints me. Called in yesterday and no one could advise as to why my amount due is R597,16 rather than R499 which I'm trying to pay. Called in today again and spoke to Masixole and he was clueless and kept asking irrelevant questions patterning the amount due. I'm trying to pay for the price lock amount due and need to know why the amount is incorrect and no one seems to be able to answer. Account number 70291770
Vodacom is the worst company to deal with or even have a contract with. My lines are suspended due to an amount that the don't even know what it's for. I've been calling Vodacom and escalating this matter since March but No one is resolving this matter. Now all my lines are suspended due to incompetent useless people who are failing to help. They only good at saying when will you pay, someone will be in contact. My line is due for an upgrade, they must just forget that I will ever do business with them.
After several months of trying to get the matter sorted out, Vodacom has failed me drastically. My account is still outstanding with a R1250 balance which was incorrectly billed. My number is now due for an upgrade but I'm going to opt for cancellation since my matter is not resolved.
I logged a query with vodacom regarding their billing system. They billed me for a device which they also dont know off. I reversed the payment in March and paid R2080 in April to settle the amount which was due. But they still say my account is still outstanding after paying the amount. Contacted Vodacom numerous times and their billing consultants are failing me. Im paying for 3 lines and right now my line is due for an upgrade but I have lost hope and trust in Vodacom and think of cancelling all lines. Your Vodacom account is in arrears. Payment of R2361.55 is urgently required to avoid service interruption. Please call or SMS0821946 to arrange payment.
I upgraded to PRICE Lock services. First month I was debited correctly. Pro rata+ monthly subscription whivh amiunted to R750.00 For the month of March, they wanted to debit R2017, which I reversed. Went to Maponya branch and was advised they couldnt help me and they will investigate. Contacted the call centre and their DSTV facebook and they failed to rectify it. They said I had two active service. The old service wasnt disconnected and now they want to charge me. I advised that they have the cotrect billing and I will pay and they still cant. For the month if April they want R1580 which is incorrect.
I experienced something with the nurses that work at Baragwanath hospital Emergency room last night. A fellow Male patient was mistreated by the nurses on shift last night. I took my 4 years old son to the hospital. A gentleman by the name of Norman fell of the stretcher and a lady who was sitting in the emergency room next to the gentleman screamed siyangi bo (please help) but they choose to look the other way. My son screamed Dad, please help the man. Went over assisted the gentleman with the lady while they sat at the reception. My son was pleading with me to help the gentleman. After we picked him up from the floor he advised he wants to go to the toilet and at that time this elderly person was too pressed and urinated on the floor and tried to move. He slipped and fell on his head so hard that my son was traumatised. We screamed help and they just stood there until Doctors came over and asked what was wrong and that only then they started approaching the gentleman and he was unconscious. DR Hareelal if I remember correctly started helping the man and the nurse with fake Chanel eating was busy asking as to why his family left him there unattended to. Worst experience at government facility .
