I don't even think they deserve a star, they are the WORST INSURER! I logged a claim on the 23rd of April, its the 31st of May today and I still don't have a phone. Everytime I call or email, "I'm told the claim is with the assessor, we don't know what's going on". They keep asking me for a second IEMI which is not provided on the box of the phone or the policy and I also don't have. Mxm . The lack of communication and poor service delivery is beyond disgusting. Don't companies take pride in their brand and the service they render? I don't think they care about their brand, for them it's about collecting our money mxm!
I have never felt so disrepected by someone at Mcdonald's, to put icing on the cake, its was the manager, Megan at Mcdonalds, Glengarry. I ordered at 16h50, only to get my order at 17h21. When i wanted to enquire about my order, "he just said your order is coming, " at a distance without even checking my order number. Eventually i get my order and asked him nicely if he could exchange my collectors cup, cause i could see through the plastic that i already have 4 of the same cups. He rudely says his not going to and when he eventually did, he slams the cup on the table. i then want to tell him calmly, that his service is pathetic cause i have been waiting for so long for my order. This Megan joke of a manager, rolls his eyes and walks away while im speaking to him. Nxa. You need to teach that clown of a manger manners and take him to management and customer service classes. His rude and condescening and reprimands his staff infront of customers. I have never encounted such lousiness and rudeness at such a happy place. im never going back to the Mcdondalds at Glengarry, westen cape. Annoyed.
SUPER DUPER SERVICE rendered by Express Removals especially from Charmaine, Chrispen, Mandla and Admant. They made sure my move was stress free and nothing was damaged in the process. A friendly and happy bunch of professionals. The guys even offered to connect my washing machine cause i would have stuggled, they went the extra mile. Charmaine was always available and quick to reply to my mails Lady and Gents are the BOOM-SQUAD! If i move again, i want the same BOOM-SQUARD! Thank you very much!!!
I just want to show appreciation to a gentleman by the name of Lungile at Nedbank. I didnt get his surname but we spoke this morning about changing my account. When life throws you lemons and you're trying to make lemonande, you need people that will wish you well; he did just that and he didnt have too. Thank you for your kind words Lungsta!
Ive been trying to sort out my contract with Telkom for the past week and it was quiet frustrating but today i managed to get through to Sibusiso in Retentions. He was professional and well informed. Thank you to Sibusiso Msimanga for your assistance. THUMBS UP to Sbu but Telkom needs to sought out their customer service its very poor!
