I left my expensive thermo water bottle in the change room of the Sandton City shop & when I phoned them, never expecting a positive answer, I was impressed to hear that they had it & I could come & fetch it, which I did. Thank you Truworths staff

CANNOT GET HELP WITH AN ACCOUNT
My helper who is not computer literate CANNOT GET HELP. She has tried to query her account soooo many times. It’s impossible. I tried to help her on their WhatsApp line but after their instruction to phone them, no response!!! Very very bad.

Wow customer service!

Disgraceful Denis effecting Bonitas medical aid
Denis is a disgrace. Bonitas unfortunately has linked themselves to Denis who has the gall to pay R142.80 for a dental examination!!! A qualified professional dentist who would charge that would certainly not be worth his salt.

Shockingly bad service
On Corner North Rd and Edward Rubenstein Drive is an Openserv box that is emitting an intolerable noise for 3 days. Still no attention or assistance from Openserv. Abominably bad service!

Shocked at Woolies
Went to Blubird Athol Jhb yesterday. Paid for purchase on card. Asked for change at the same till & was told I need to pay R1 to open the till. I was shocked.
