18/02/2026 I’ve been going back and forth regarding my refund. When I followed up I was told to wait as turn around time is 15 working days. It’s way past that and I still haven’t received it yet. Instead they asking for proof of payments for other payments that have nothing to do with the refund I’ve been requesting. #13985157 [#14144843]
Took out a contract in 2024 with instalment amount of R1099 which I was debited for a few months, in 2024 still premium went up to R1140,89. In 2025 premium fluctuated between R1099 and R1128. 2026 premium is now gone up to R1158 and I’m being told it’s because I get more data than I was originally of which I did not request or ask for. I’m on a plan where once my contract bundles have been depleted I top up on my own. Nobody can explain to me why this is happening instead they say they’ll investigate and get back to me and nobody has. Called in again today and I’m being told to read T & Cs and that the 1.4 data bundle is no longer available and has now gone up to 1.5 without communicating anything to me.
Managed to get through to Speedaf spoke to a “supervisor” who called me High rate and hung up on me when all I asked was for the case number as the driver was hijacked and my shein parcel has been ******. Order was placed 20 July 2025 and has been out for delivery since the 30 July 2025. On the WhatsApp number they said I must request a refund from shein for my goods, but what about the customs that was paid. Speedaf then blamed GSG stating they the 3rd party courier company and they the ones that were hijacked
Why do you continue to used Speedaf couriers when customers have been having issues with them for a while now. I made a shein purchase on the 20 July 2025, it has been out for delivery since the 30 July 2025 with communication whatsoever. I contacted Speedaf they advised that my parcel was out for delivery when driver was hijacked and my parcel was ****** and that I now need to request a refund from shein. What about the customs that was paid. I don’t want a refund I want my parcel. There’s no case number they blaming GSG saying they the 3rd party couriers. Spoke to a supersivor at Speedaf and she was extremely rude and hung up when asked for case number stating I’m being high rate. Pathetic service and rude employees
I have home and home contents insurance. On the 30th of October 2024 we had a power outage in the area. When electricity came back my Hisense refrigerator stopped working. First claim was made on the 06/11/2024, we called to follow up and were told to make a second claim as the freezer had also stopped working. Second claim was made on the 25/11/2024 which they refusing to assist with due to wear and tear which makes no sense as it is stated fridge is in excellent condition on inspection information . We don’t get no feedback no updates and when you call ,you wait extremely long and agents drop the calls. I’ve been trying to update my vehicle insurance details as I’ve moved in November ,nobody answers and when they do answer call gets dropped. Should anything happen to my vehicle I will not be made liable because of your lack of competence
Every month for the past 3 months someone fiddles with my line and it stops working for 2-3 days per month. Calls finish a person's airtime with the issues still not being resolves. It's frustrating especially for a person working from home.
Can the manager of billing give me a call? I've been calling the entire day and absolutely nobody can help me. 10 times I've called. Authenticated 10 times and still nobody can help. I'm frustrated right now
I've been trying to cancel my contract but can't get through to anyone. The app gives error messages and self service don't give me the options.
Family member passed on on the 21.04.2021. Friday 21.04.2021 all 'relevant information' was submitted. Was advised turn around time is 48 hours but it's been 120 hours and still no response. Consultants have been lying to me everytime I call. They not sending me cancelation forms to cancel policy after asking for it time and time again and team leader Nosipho does not answer her phone or call back. Disgusting service
Since my last review still havent recieved any feedback from Vodacom. Not only is their service pathetic they are now taking airtime as well. I recharged with R139 airtime and they gave me R139 Prepaid plan Bonus airtime "free" which according to vodacom can be used for local calls data and sms use. I then made 1 phone call to someone that also uses Vodacom and all my airtime was gone and the Prepaid plan Bonus airtime is still there. Tried send an sms using the Prepaid plan Bonus airtime but its not going through.
