Worst customer service. Telecoms company should not drop calls on customers. My biggest mistake was to apply for their fibre product.
My worst experience evwr, especially dealing with them for the 1st time. No comms whatsoever but no delivery and still no refund.

Worst experience ever. UNREAL. They replaced my S21 Ultra screen, worth over R7k, and then I purchases a screen guard which was done very unprofessional, had it replaced only with a worst job than the 1st,and they refused to replace it again. Extremely poor customer support. Will never ever use them again.
This is an ********* business who don't Honour their guarantees o they the poor workmanship. They also double invoice for the work and refuse to refund the overpayment.
The premier lounge at king shaka domestic airport is not good at all, compared to ORT or even the standard bank library lounge at ORT. The food was not up to scratch and the place is not kept clean. Floors were dirty which is unhygienic. Yes the remove the plates etc, but no one cleans up after patrons have left.
