I would not recommend the Mahindra XUV 3X0 MX3 based on my experience so far. My vehicle has under 10,000 km and is still practically brand new, yet I am already experiencing ongoing technical issues that Mahindra South Africa has not been able to resolve. Issues experienced: The radio has no sound and does not switch off, which forces me to disconnect the battery every night to prevent it from draining overnight. This creates serious inconvenience and concern, especially considering that vehicle electronics and the tracker rely on battery power. The vehicle also displays a hill control error, which the dealership has not been able to fix or clearly explain despite multiple visits. I have already taken the vehicle to the dealership twice, yet I have not received a proper diagnostic report explaining what tests were performed, what faults were identified, or when the issues will be resolved. In addition to the inconvenience, I am also incurring extra costs for petrol and Uber trips, while the vehicle remains unreliable. This is extremely disappointing for a new vehicle with such low mileage. I expected a reliable product and efficient after-sales support, but this matter remains unresolved. I would appreciate urgent intervention and a clear resolution.
I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding a cash deposit made into an incorrect account in November 2025 at Mall of Africa. Despite completing the required claim form at the branch, I have received no feedback or indication that any recovery steps have been taken. This lack of service is unacceptable. Please provide a detailed update on what actions have been taken to recover the funds and why there has been no communication for several months. Failing a satisfactory response within 5 working days, I will escalate this matter to the National Financial Ombud Scheme and reconsider my banking relationship with FNB on both my personal and business account!

I’m honestly shocked by the lack of interest this organisation shows in retaining clients. As a first-time car buyer, I wasn’t aware that I had to deinstall the tracking device before selling my vehicle. I sold my car in May, but I continued paying for Cartrack with the intention of transferring the contract to my new car. Despite this, no one from the company has been willing to assist or offer any reasonable solution. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I had every intention to stay on as a loyal customer, but based on this experience, I would not recommend Cartrack to anyone.
I would highly advise people to not use the RUSSELS online shopping platform to buy anything. Their courier service is just as inefficient as its call centre staff. Untrained and basic to think that organisation like RUSSELS would have such people running the business. To date, no one knows where my order is!!!!
I bought a TV and a decoder online on Black Friday.Unlike other stores, Russels does not send its consumers invoices or acknowledges any transactions. On delivery, I only received the TV and no one knows where the decoder is. The store is literally being run like a tuck-shop. Never buying anything from them! The call center is just as useless and clueless.
