Last week I went to Old Mutual branch in town to check my superfund balance, I had no id card with me so I was told to contact their call centre and the lady I spoke was not friendly at all, ive been trying to sort this out for weeks now and their gets worse everyday the lady’s name is Kiara in superfund department.
I helped my mother last year February and was assisted by Quinton, he was rushing us to send full paperwork work but until now no feedback, when we send emails no response
The service i got from them was insufficient, I went the branch and they gave me a phone to call their call centre, I was told to use self service, I’ve been trying the self service for a week now, NO LUCK

I’ve with Supabets for more than 8 years but I think I should change to competitors because of the standard of their service, I’ve been trying to withdraw from my account for days now they’ve been asking for fica and I did that already, im tired of this they must just release my money and part ways im tired of their unreachable behaviour
I DEPOSITED R100 ON MONDAY AROUND 13:28 STILL NOT REFLECTING
I deposited R140 plus R50 on the 11th of August until now it’s not reflecting on my accounts I’ve sent communication no response when I phone their call centre doesn’t have answers.
I ordered Pedro's via uber eats yesterday 18.05.2025, I was a disaster boiled burned and dry dipped in a source, I had to throw it R328 in the bin and it was my daughters birthday I bought it for her coz she loves Pedro's, I will never buy Pedro's ever in my life and I wouldn't recommend it to any1, it was packed as if it ordered for the dog
A consultant from home loans insurance phoned me last week I to offer me insurance I explained to her that I'm not working, Again I got a call from Everlyn from home loan insurance I told her to call the following day she didn't call me the next thing I received an sms to say that my new debit order will increased to R9984.12 I phoned when I was retrenched they told me I still have to pay full installment which is R9500 already I'm struggling to raise that money now the force insurance that I didn't sign up for nor speak to anyone about I want my normal installments thank you
Ive applied for backed pension loan last week Thursday on monday i got a response to say i must attach outstanding documents mortgage agreements and lawyers invoices and motive my application, i did that on tuesday, later that day i got a response to say i must put ID numbers and there was no need for id numbers if u opened my application obviously my Id number is there on the agreement i did that the next morning i got same request to say i must motivate my application plus outstanding docs, and send the docs thats when i the decided to phone them ive spoken to David Ntsinaye he gave me his email address to send outstanding docs i sent him after speaking to him on the phone, around 16:00 i asked him if he got my documents and he did not get back to me, later at about 18:15 i got a msg to say i must send outstanding documents again back 2 square 1, if it wasnt for my ITC being pulled everytime i apply for something i was gonna OPT for nedbank their communication it much better with better service when u go via fnb secure chat and opt for home loan they automatically direct you to homeloans collection as if u owing on your homeloan FNB is my bank but the service there is rediculars im really Dissapointed!!!
