Parket was launched at Melrose Arch in Sandton around 1 year ago.... It has been chaos since this launched and created way more trouble than the original ticketing system. Everyone from store owners to customers and tenants continue be patient while the Landlord does nothing to force the suppliers to remove the installation or get it working. Long Ques at the booms , unable to support the "drop in" customers without uploading apps, (even if they only plan to visit once or are driving a rental car and are a visitor to JHB), Get it right or get out!! You are the very opposite of convenient!!
Online store issues cannot be resolved because I have better luck getting hold of the pope than getting Superdry to answer their customer care number. I bought goods on line. they sent the incorrect size, Ive been trying forever to do the exchange but they cut you calls as you get to the front of the Q/prompt and dont answer mails. Lieterally done with this lot!!
VODACOM have been charging me eroneously for a handset upgrade which i never agreed to nor recieved when i renewed my contract with them 24 months ago. After a very frustrating couple of weeks relating to internal ***** on my account by Vodacom, I have finally reached the end of my patience with their lack of action and complete and utter complacency and lack of interest. Since my first call to their customer care department on the 8th of July , the second on the 9th, another follow up on the 16th and again today , the 22nd, I am no further ahead. Even after numerous promises of solution and finalizing credits by Aadam and other individuals in their customer car department , it seems the “query, ref number 5-36123698943070 has been closed”!!! NO result , no communication , simply closed. Thanks for the SMS , great customer care right there!! As a last ditch attempt before handing this to my legals, I tried to contact them again today and can see this is going nowhere. Half the transcripts are missing from previous calls and the process seemingly would begin all over again. I will be claiming for the full contractual deductions against my account for a handset “UPGRADE”, with interest on the moneys deducted erroneously by Vodacom for the period of two years. I do not take upgrades and buy my own handsets. It has been made clear that you too, have no proof of a handset being issued and are at agreed to this *****. I will settle for nothing less than full value of all related deductions with interest
contracted to adidas and not performing at all. They where alegidly given a package for 1 working day delivery by adidas on the 23rd of March............. its the 30th and im still waiting. The poor service and waste of time on call after call with Bianca and others is one issue , but, the lies from drivers, call center staff and whoever "Johannesburg" is shows the level of deceit and dishonesty. Every excuse from they cannot call me on the number i use to phone them 3 times a day for the past 4 days as well as address unknown and even my area is to dangerous to deliver to...... Another laughable contractor, be very careful if you think your experience will be different!!
The very worst experience from adidas SA. I bought product on the 23rd of March, paid an extra 60 ZAR to have it delivered within i working day and after calling daily three times a day since Monday the 27th to see where my order is , I have been pushed from pillar to post by both Adidas themselves, (call center in india), and their courier Courierit who lies about the parcel and eventually tells me they cant deliver due to the fact that my office in wynberg is too dangerous???? I then get repeated messages that no one can contact me on the number i have used to call the same three times a day. i dont even have the option to cancel the order which would have been my first prize........ If you cant run your business , then dont lie, just be honest and give your customers a choice!!!
Mellins are a dissapointment and dont desrve your business nor your money! In the past 5 weeks i have ordered and paid for 3 pairs of glasses at costs way in excess of 10 000 Rand. each and every one has been a mess up. The latest ones still havnt arrived and the order was placed a month ago. Excuses only ever come when i call them and frankly , their Benmore branch is run by not only incompetent staff, but, really poor quality people who choose to waste your time and give you the run around ALL the time. feed back only comes when I call, them and they are well polished in the art of apologies which seems to exhonerate them from any form of result. I wouldnt use their services again if i was paid to do so!! the only reason im still calling them is becasue they took money from me and didnt deliver my glasses....
Quite disturbing how Yoco hold back legitimate funds and more importantly use local FICA laws to keep big amounts in their account for longer, while they play "dodge ball" ,hiding behind local financial gateways to hold your payments as long as possible in their own account................. Moving on................. Not a pleasure thank you
