Parket was launched at Melrose Arch in Sandton around 1 year ago.... It has been chaos since this launched and created way more trouble than the original ticketing system. Everyone from store owners to customers and tenants continue be patient while the Landlord does nothing to force the suppliers to remove the installation or get it working. Long Ques at the booms , unable to support the "drop in" customers without uploading apps, (even if they only plan to visit once or are driving a rental car and are a visitor to JHB), Get it right or get out!! You are the very opposite of convenient!!

Broken parking app. No support. Did not permit QR code validation at Melrose Arch Virgin gym. The exit boom would not open (had to be opened manually). Parking session still in progress currently, and charging way after exiting Melrose Arch. No help chat response. No telephone support response. Email support address gets rejected by server. So unable to even report this.

Rude, borderline abusive on-site agent. Highly concerning app failures, including crashes when entering sensitive payment data. 7 attempted stays, 0 successful, failure are entry apropos license plate detection, failure at exit for the same reason when entry is initiated manually. Failure by agents to end parking ticker when the license plate detection fails. Help offered multiple times and emails sent detailing bugs, no response received. Have had patience with them for 6 months, no longer, this is not hard to get right.

Upon arriving at Harbor Arch to visit a friend, my number plate wasn't recognized after I had been registered by my friend. which left three tenants hooting and stuck behind me while waiting for me to figure out how else to get into the building as there is only one entrance and exit lane. Upon leaving, I asked the staff how to exit the building, to which I was urged to download the app. I didn't want to download an app to share my information with a company I didn't know just to exit parking. (Imagine downloading an app to park every time you visit a shopping center with parking) This means you have to scan a big banner in the lobby of the building to pay for your parking, which had no signal to complete this process. This means I then had to ask staff to sign me back into the building to go to my friend just to sign into the wifi to come down again to retry the process. After all of this, I managed to pay for parking. The scanner didn't register my number plate and I had to sit and scan the barcode once again at the exit (Again with barely any signal) which held up more tenants. The whole experience left me very frustrated
