What a STRUGGLE!! Why are it so difficult to send me a Roadworthy Voucher that should have been done in the first place. Really!! Your Sales & After Sales departments SU(K!!! After 15 calls, and WhatsAPP Messages, still NO RESPONSE.
Kindly can I get clarification on the following points please. The vehicle has been advertised as Roadworthy ready and nowhere on the Dekra report is there any mention of Wheelnuts that are missing. ALL FOUR WHEELS HAVE 1 NUT MISSING. Kindly explain this as this is a requirement for roadworthy. Secondly, I have not received paperwork for the Transport / Carrier company that was used (R5500). I was told the vehicle will be sent to Cape Town. As per normal, and out of experience, Cars get loaded on a Carrier truck and sent down to Cape Town. To my Surprise I was told yesterday by the salesperson that the car is "driven" down to Cape Town. So effectively I bought a vehicle, advertised with 153 750 km (Vehicle DNA Report Sell-0475515 showing 153549km), Dekra report showing 153599 and arrived in Cape Town on My receipt of the vehicle with 155090, so 1491km later (please refer to attached Dekra inspection, Vehicle DNA report and screenshot of add for Terios as well as pictures attached.) So kindly explain to me how I as a client of Weelee must interpret this? So technically I was sold a vehicle with 155090km on the ODO instead of 153599KM. Also, a non-roadworthy vehicle. This then relates to ***** as the value of the vehicle would be less. I request Weelee to advise on this please.

I see that these attorneys have had negative reviews as I have experienced. I have been asked to pay school-fees that I have not signed for, but anyway started to pay and the lady at accounts who is a $^%&^& told me when I asked for a statement that they will not give me a statement. I want to know where I can report this Attorneys office, as I am entitlement to a statement of account when I make payments, How must I know that the payments are deducted off my account? Really bad!!
There should be - ratings allowed. Worst Extended Warranty to sign up for. My Jimny has an EPL light active, I need it to travel to work, and they tell me to find a suitable Service Provider to check out the car. Should have stayed with my other warranty even thought they were a bit more

Logged a request on Ebay as the parts that I ordered from Seller overseas were missing parts as advertised. Ebay's Money Back Guarantee means nothing, as they did not assist as per the Money Back Guarantee policy.
