Worst service ever
Vodacom is a rip off. They have been charging me every month for a service that I was never using and when I want to cancel refuses to cancel Advisor name is Tevin Xulu

Very misleading
This is the worst service provider ever and they lock you in with a R2500 cancelation fee. Their service keeps dropping and they have a poor service desk. They start of well and then you get interrupted internet service and after that you get no support service.

Disappointed
OK so. Please watch out for these guys. At first they seem good and they ask you to write a good review. Then after you sign and connect with them the internet keeps cutting off. I think this is there business strategy to get you to sign up with them

Bad service
I have canceled my Telkom account in Oct 2019.also have proof. But AG collection services do not understand the situation and keep contacting me They should take this up with Telkom. This is a common trend with Telkom bad service as well. Telkom owes me money for debiting my account 3 Months after canceling. I canceled via telephone and internet online with proof of that

Telkom embarrassment
After 8 months of canceling my account I am still getting billed. Telkom is an embarrassing problem. I have all the proof and also proof that I use RSA web. I followed there procedures People be aware they will still bill you even after speaking to them and they say it is canceled
