My niece was buried by Avbob Midrand. The service was extremely poor actually disgusting. The coffin was to big, the body shifted down. They send one person to handle the funeral. At the grave side not even a curtain around the grave. My niece was buried like a pauper. Shame on you, if you have elite clients and feel others are not don’t take their money. Sissssss
I bought items on the 10 March 2026, I have received half my order. To date haven’t received the rest of the order. They sending from pillar to post. I have even requested a refund no response. Worst service ever and they just don’t care.
Bought. Washing machine cash on Saturday went to collect on Tuesday the lady by the name of nkosana sold it to another customer, she was so arrogant said why didn’t we collect it on Monday the 27th she was very rude and unprofessional never will I buy from them.
I but a Nuovo pillow but got a Fom brand instead, they’re misleading their clients.
I bought chicken at KFC Stormvoel Pretoria on the 26 February month end, with only one cashier who was running her mouth with other staff, instead of them opening another till. Very disappointed in their service.
The insurance department of Vodacom ver pathetic, I’ve cancelled my insurance last year July to date I haven’t received my refund. I have phoned several times requesting my refund same story I’m frankly sick and tired of such a huge establishment refusing to refund me,disgusting disgusting disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A lady by the name of Margaret Adams of Customer Care department at Sammy Marks Building very diligent in Executing her work, I had an enquiry regarding eleven service accounts that was supposed to be closed but was still active. She went through all of it, closed the ones that was relevant to her department and provided me with the proof thereof and referred me to the other department for further assistance. She was very patient and a true Batho Pele a Ambassador I truelly solute her for effectiveness and efficiency.
