Closed my account for exposing @betways crocked ways. Might just create a non captured website to rival yall. The masses will win
I recently received a shocking message from Betway support stating my account has been terminated and all funds confiscated no refund, no return of my balance. They provided ZERO specific reason, no evidence of any terms breach, and no chance to respond or rectify anything. This is not isolated countless similar complaints show Betway routinely locks accounts, seizes balances on vague "prohibited activity" or "security" claims, then ignores detailed requests for clarification. They happily take deposits and allow betting until a win/withdrawal attempt, then suddenly "terminate" and pocket the money. It feels like a deliberate pattern to avoid payouts. My funds (including deposits and winnings) were legitimately earned ,no multi-accounting, no bonus abuse, no irregularities on my side. Yet Betway's manager-advised response is simply "funds will be confiscated and not refunded." This lacks transparency, fairness, and basic consumer protection. I demand: - Immediate reinstatement of my account (or at minimum, full refund of my balance to my verified payment method) - A detailed, evidence-based explanation of the alleged breach - Senior management / compliance team intervention to resolve this urgently This shady handling of customer funds erodes trust in online betting entirely. Please escalate and fix this
I missed my flight to madrid from munich 20:55 departure by mere 5 minutes reason been the was a huge delay at passport control which was beyond my control. The was a long queue with only 2 immigration officers, which took me more then 45 minutes to be cleared . I went to helpsesk and i was told theres nothing they can do. I am definitely not flying with you again if this is how you treat your clients
Absolutely poor service. Account locked for weeks with no explanation. Fica was provided long ago but instead im been given the run around. I dont recommend this bookie to anyone!!
I have since 4 months ago asked for my cheque account to be downgraded via my banker but this was not honored and i have been since charged for an an account that has not been active. I demand a reversal of those charges
