Very unhappy with cell c. I paid my final account in the 24th July and send an email to cancel my contract as my contract was finished. Now they have the odasity to phone me and tell me my account is in arrears with over R2000. Try to explain they put you through from pillar to post and yet not helped. Pathetic service!!
Pathetic!!! I was in arears one month. Made arrangements, which I kept. The arears is now paid up but I get sms's to state I'm still in arears. Get your act together Directaxis!!!
still no fibre after numerous phone calls. completed new application after we relocated over 2 weeks ago. no feedback. but they take your money prompt at the end of the month. Disgusted!!!
