I’m so disappointed and being treated very badly, being bul**** and Frustrated by Agoda, I have two listing with Agoda, I had a guest book through my property ID 38547590, they used UPC for payment, I called them several times that their method of payment is no longer used, I send the banking details, every time they have to find something to reject it. I’m tired fighting for my money, and deleting all listing on Agoda.com, I wonder if I’m the only one in South Africa to receive such a bad treatment
#Booking.com it’s a ****, as the host booking.com issues double invoicing and their commission is 40% of your price, I have tried to complain and phone them no results, any hosts having same problem?
My Daughter applied last year in August /September 2021,after she received her updated statement as she was upgrading her Science and Maths, then because she applied at UJ for 2020, she couldn't update her new marks on the System, and we were given different emails to send her updated marks, and we called almost every week without getting helped until one of the person who answered her call in a call centre suggested we hand deliver the 2021 Statement Then it was beginning of October when we submit her matric results Comes 2022, same thing we called everyweek, and we were told that she will find out when the 2021 matriculation results are out, we waited and the first option was already not accepted, we were hoping for second option, then we received the 2nd letter that she is not accepted when we asked the reason, HER 2021 MAY /JUNE MARKS WAS NOT UPDATED ON THE SYSTEM, SOMEONE TOOK HER RESULTS AND THROW THEM AWAY, THE WAY PEOPLE ARE SO EVIL,what about the future of young girl who need to study, then after that drama, her information was logged on the system and she was on a waiting list again,Today 03 February 2022 AGAIN WE RECEIVED A LETTER THAT SHE IS NOT ACCEPTED AGAIN, SO WHERE SHOULD I TAKE HER FRUSTRATED PARENT AND ALSO HER SPENDING ANOTHER YEAR AT HOME,PLEASE ANYONE HELP [email protected]

If there is -0 i will rate them that,bad company,stopnusing this courier,bad service ever,got a massage in the morning that my parcel is on its way to be delivered,I have been also calling and tracking it,4:30 third caller i made as I was travelling,the person who was assisting me told me that he has to speak to a supervisor and he came and said they promised that is will be done tonight at 17:30, at 17:40 I called agained I was told that will received on Monday,they don't sense of humor,they don't care about people is all about running the scam that they are running and make money,people stop using this courier is a disgrace, I dont want you to be a victim,what is a use of tracking while you can't get the results,how far is your parcel,your life must stand still waiting for something that is not there Sebina Moticoe
If there is 0 on the rate i will do so, the furniture is looking good but there service is horrible, when i bought the couch, the sales consultant namely Thabiso Mashiane told us that we can collect the furniture at their store warehouse at Midrand because my husband wanted to collect it same day, but after we paud we where told that we can not collect, the only to deliveries, and he said the delivery is between 7-10 days, and i asked them to call when they do delivery, till to date nothing, i called again this morning spoke to Nomfundo, she change the subject now is no longer 5-10days is 14 days, i dont want anyone to go through this, we paid the furniture cash for R26 000 but the service is HORRIBLE, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE OUT THERE, PLS BE CAREFUL, BEFORE BUYING, CROOKS, after the long discussions, they send an email that their courier send the email that the furniture has been dispatched, the delivery from tge courier services is between 5-7 day adding to their 14 days, which add other two weeks of delayed, dont buy here this people are horrible, the service is very bad, after paying for the furniture you will see how bad are they including their salws consultants and head office at the warehouse
