I bought a g shock watch at wolf bros 16 February the I have issue that strapped of watch it looks its coming lose and she said it's fine and bought because she it's OK. I'm not happy what if the strapped breaks further?????.
This is the most terrible service I have received from them I paid my wifi the beginning of this month now it is off and couldn't get hold of anyone. I have tried there whatsapp they just ignore me I will recommend to no one to use fly cool.

I have taken my gshock to American Swiss after a year it's not working. The lady she want said want prove of purchase and I explain to her I have mis place it during the year. But as per warranty book let you don't need a prove of purchase that can exchange it.
Engen atlantis I just received the poorest service from them they dont know how speak to customers and speak to you like you are piece of rubbish.
