Shocking service at Pick n pay home online. I bought a fridge last week and have had no confirmation of the order and when I phone I'm told there isn't a contact number and someone will phone me. I have no idea if I will ever receive my fridge. No one has phone me back. I've paid over R5000.00
This company is now harassing me every day. Every day I have told them I am my 90 year old Aunt power of attorney over her accounts as she cannot remember anything. Her Vodacom account was cancelled last year and now this company won't stop calling me Apparently looking for money owing to Vodacom . We closed the account there is money owing! The more I try and explain they either put the phone down on me or argue that I cannot help them with her matter. I am her POWER OF ATTORNEY... Legally done by an attorney and by Absa bank. I am the only one authorised to pay her accounts. She doesn't have a Vodacom account. Stop phoning stop harassing me and my 90 year old Aunt !
I have been trying to cancel my policy. I have sent email and phoned 4 times. I was even told a representative would phone me back and I'm still waiting since 26 October.
Paid upfront month's ago for our Maldives holiday and I get an email saying priority Escapes is closed and your holiday cancelled. I phoned the resorts and the booking was never paid. We lost alot of money Devastating
Edgar's will not close my deceased moms account. I notified them on the 11 Feb and sent emails of her death cert and ID and now they say they didn't close it and I must pay the interest on her account! I even closed her account in the East London branch! Now they keep phoning me telling me to pay !
After MBD responded on my first harassment review and after I told them to please contact my deceased moms attorneys I am still getting phone calls once a week from these people! I am going to open a harassment case against them! They won't stop!!!
This company is now harassing me. Since late Feb this year they have been hounding me looking fir my mom whom I told them is deceased. I sent them the death certificate and they acknowledged it. Every single day this company phones me still looking for my mom! How many times do they need her death certificate? How many more phone calls? This is harassment I keep telling them to stop phoning me! I am suppose to be mourning my mom , instead I'm getting harassed by a company that I have told a thousand times my mom is dead

After months of frustration and anger, my account has been fixed and thecharging for numbers i had canceled sorted out. Dean Davids from vodacom complaints managed to help me! He was the only person who has ever phoned me back and helped me. I am so greatful for all Dean's help. He is such an asset to Vodacom He is absolutely amazing!
vodacom is nothing more than a fraud company. I am going to the consumer board. I cancelled 2 numbers 3 months ago and I am still getting billed for them. I have phone so many times and sent numerous emails to [email protected] to tell them they need to contact me regarding my account. I have no one phone me back or correct my account. Its nothing more than fraud charging me for numbers I cancelled 3 months ago.
