KIA Sonet brakes issue not solved

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a persistent and unresolved brake noise issue on my Kia Sonet, purchased in 2022 and serviced at your Vereeniging dealership. Since the purchase of the vehicle, I have repeatedly experienced a noticeable brake noise when reversing. This issue has been reported to the dealership on multiple occasions. Each time, the brakes have been cleaned; however, this has only provided temporary relief, and the problem continues to recur. Despite being informed that the brakes “meet the required standard,” the issue remains unresolved. The repeated reliance on cleaning as a solution has not addressed the root cause and is not an acceptable long-term remedy for a recurring defect.

Unauthorized debit order

I received a debit order from y FNB account. The debit order was for R104.00 date: 25/04/2025. When I ask about the debit order, I was given a cell number 0824****4. They say the company is Company is Busbar, Barend du Toit. I tried calling this number, my calls are ignored or dropped. I am disappointed that I am not getting any help from this Access bank. They don't even know what the debit order is for.

Contract cancellation or termination

I am trying to cancel my contract with Cell C. The customer service keeps on transferring me to a line that says the service does not exist. They say I must call 084143, which does not go through. It seems I cant get help.

Vodacom is billing a cancelled account

Vodacom is still billing me. My account was closed in July 2022. They started billing. When I called they don't know what to do. I contacted Hello Peter. I am still waiting to get the information of the contact person. To whom is handling my case and where must I send the required documents?

MTN 3rd party Ignition Mobile Plus

I am your customer for many years. Last year on the 17 November 2020 I was called by a 3rd party Ignition mobile plus. I even confirmed with you guys that they are actually working on your behalf. I was told that you are just increasing the talk-time minutes and data on the existing contract. Now I just found out that is not the case. Those people mislead me. I called MTN in order to get assistance. I was told I must call the company myself. I have been trying to call them. The call goes through but after I chose any option, the call disconnect. How can a reputable organization such as MTN utilize such a misleading, dodgy company to represent them. I need this issues sorted out as soon as possible. I am very disappointed at MTN. Vodacom contract cancelation process does not exist.

I have been trying to cancel. my two contacts. I struggling. Each time, there is always a tactic that they do in order not assist me. The customer services does not exist.
