Strikes me as odd that on Trust site everyone is 100% happy with Symok my experience is howerver much different I find no ethic and long standng bonds with banks are sa quesetion but busy investigating and will find out
I cannot meet my commitmet to pay my loan end of this month - i need to make arrangements but no one bothers to contact me or repond in any way
i will be unable to meet my commitment this month and have sent a mail to prime loans so that i can make an arrangment and they ignore me
I cancelled two debit orders this morning due to unforseen financial issues . i have contacted the providers and we are reaching a new agreement. so I cancelled both DE*****eck on my app as per the instruction on the site cancelled as per my app it said finalised but nothing in the disputed/cancelled section of my app so I am on secure chat messaging trying to find out what is going on - 4 people so far - not one of them know what to do or how to assist - told I was being put through to debit orders but now through to FNB loans how *********** are FNB too much AI and not enough personal hands on customer interactoin and too much passing the buck i need them cancelled now and i need confirmation of the cancellation now onto the 5th person - enough already
no really bad nothing changed in the last 3 or 4 years and yet I continuously get a drop in rating. i do not trust information - I cannot make head or tail of where they get my profile and how they work it out

waiting for my new debit card going on day 17 now - was collected by DSV on the 1st March according to the FNB tracking - no one cares - i get passed from one to the other - but when time comes to collect the R180 that will take one second - F*****g useless thank you

Had 2 units canceled 1 1 unit on profile. Paid for 2 units for December even though one cancelled so technically I should have a credit with Rain with perhaps a minimal payment for Jan RAIN WANT TO DEDECT FOR 2 UNITS FROM MY ACCOUNT And My service has been cut *** not Rocket science people sort it out
They contacted me - I rep**** advising what I could repay Their consultant GW Tutuzela has complely ignored my mailsinstead she harasses and sends me the same mail day after day - it clear that not one of my mails has even been read. advises what the balance is and how little time I have to respond. So i have given up - i will pay as per my mail and advise them as payment is made, clearly they have no intention of trying to assist - bullies, unprofessional and *********
