Shocking harassment of the wrong individual for an outstanding R159! on an FNB account. I received threatening SMS"s and emails for a collection, despite phoning the company more than twice, and sending them an email, to inform them that I was not the company they wanted to get money back from.... R159! Where they got my contact details from I have no idea. I do not bank with FNB. If I hear from them again, I am going to report them to the NCR as this level of debt collection, neverminded the incomprehensible waste of time and money it has cost them to recover, is tantamount to harassment and should not be allowed. These attorneys need to get their paperwork in order, and stop threatening the wrong individual(s) for money that is not owed by them.

This Attorneys' collections team is pathetic, they sent another person's details to me and when informed to correct the details, not only do they apologise for being a nuisance and breaching POPIA with another person's details, they still make further demands. They are probably not even going to respond to this review

Your consultant in the debt collections department Fikile Moilwa/Moiloa is an absolute horror! She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do something about it! What a horrible person to have as an employee. A big bully ! Did not want to listen to what I wanted to say and the payment arrangement I was trying to make one would swear I was running away from the debt when I made contact with you guys to pay the account monthly, the way she behaves you’d think the money is going straight to her account . You are a horrible person FIKILE MOILWA!

I was contacted by this legal debt collection firm regarding an outstanding account, which I promptly settled and provided proof of payment. Despite confirming that the payment was made, I continue to receive emails threatening legal action via a letter of demand. I have submitted my proof of payment multiple times and requested a settlement letter, but I have received no response. My emails and calls have been ignored, and I’ve been left in the dark with no confirmation that the matter is resolved on their end. This has caused unnecessary stress and confusion. It is unacceptable for a professional firm to operate this way—harassing clients after full payment and failing to close the matter properly. They need to URGENTLY work on their communication, professionalism, and accountability especially as they are representing FNB

I recently had a disappointing experience with an employee named Ntombi from your company. Unfortunately, their behavior and tone towards me were unprofessional and unacceptable. I was treated with disrespect, and their attitude was completely uncalled for. I hope you will take necessary steps to address this issue and provide better training to your staff to ensure that clients receive the respect and service they deserve.
