BEWARE: 205 PLUS INSTAND SHADE GAZEEBO POOR QUALITY
I recently bought a new Camp Master Instant Shade 205 Plus Gazebo. Tried using it over the weekend for the first time but It struggled to open, causing some of the parts to brake or bend. Upon inspecting, I noticed that the iron used are of poor quality. I am very disappointed. When I always assumed the Camp Master brand to be superior in comparison with rest. My mistake. Won't make that mistake again. R999 in the water.

STEERS LEMO MALL BLOEMFONTEIN WORST SERVICE BY FAR
STEERS LEMO MALL continue to give terrible service. I wonder why I even continue to support them. I placed an order more then 60 minutes ago for delivery. Until now, I have not yet received my order. I called to enquire but the lady informed me that the driver already left. This is 15 minutes ago. I do not know if the order was not done or the driver got lost. It is terrible service.

TAKEALOT SELLING EMPTY BOTTLES OF COLOGNES. BE AWARE
I ordered 3 colognes from Takealot, whereby one of the colognes arrived empty. Luckily. I opened the parcel in front of my colleagues at work. This was my second order in 4 months whereby I have a problem with the order. This time, it is a big problem, them making me feel like I am *****ing or am hiding things. I do understand that everybody makes mistakes. Clearly a container was packed with no liquid inside. I do believe this is not my mistake. If I could get this item locally, I would buy it. Now I need to buy a friend a different birthday present when this one was perfect. Be aware, Think twice when using Takelot.

COVID 19 RELIEF PLAN, WHAT A JOKE.
I am a freelancer and bought a second property for rental income and due to the COVID 19 crisis. I applied for relief during this period. Since myself and the rental income will be affected. My application was unsuccessful due to the fact that i do not meet the necessary criteria. The criteria is as follows: 1. Letter from accountant 2. Letter from clients or customers cancelling services 3.Letterhead with proof of industry and inability to conduct business 4.Bank statement showing reduction in trade and cashflow. In response to the criteria: 1. Not everyone is fortunate to have an accountant. 2. As Freelancers in the medical industry, you are booked on an app and cancelled using the very same app. No proof are send to us with the company's letterhead, etc. I send through screenshots indicating the messages that was forwarded back to us. I have sent documentation to FNB that showed that my bookings were cancelled and that the person staying in my rental home, finances will be affected. I attached a document from her employer as proof. When i applied for the rental property, I included a rental agreement that indicates my rental income and since that is affected, Now FNB simply does not care. I attached the documentation from my employer and documents from the real estate agency and from the person work documents occupying my rental home I then wonder, is this criteria really there to help us in need or simply to fool people that FNB is really there to help. Will the bank lose during this lockdown, i do not belief so. The interest still accumulates, meaning that they gain and the whole money will indeed be paid back, at the end of the term. Lastly, as a long term FNB customer since 2003, I feel that my relationship with this bank has come to an end and I can not wait to shift from Bank. I can not go forward with such a bank that is only there during good times and turn their back during bad times. I have decided to cut ties with this BANK because if they do not realise what the ordinary person is going though during this period, than they have lost touch with the society. FNB's slogan should rather be, "HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU?"

REMAX KATHU, The best by a long way................................................
Good day everyone. Please allow me thank the team of REMAX KATHU for their perfect and outstanding service throughout. I bought my house with their assistance and Charlene went out of her way, to make that my house and by the Grace of God, it happened. She continuously popped in to see if everything is Good. Fast forward 3 years, I got the opportunity to complete my studies and again, I turned to Charlene because she is a strong woman that kept her word. She assured me that REMAX will do their best to sell the house. While at university, I did not have any income to continue with the payment of my bond, I received a email indicating that they will rent my house out, while it is up for sale. I was so happy. I continued with my studies and the relaxed me, managed to get 7 distinctions. My worry as gone. I LATER met Ronel who I BELIEVE , i owe her a big present. She made sure that my house never stay empty. Always someone there. To those two ladies, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Today I got a call from Mr. Johan, whom I have never met previously and he informed me that We have a buyer for the house. I am all smiles. When I look at this team working together to achieve greater goals, I can not help but copy their ideas and approaches and incorporate it in my pharmacy where I work at. Thank you again EVERYONE. Much appreciated. Good luck in your future endeavors and God Bless.

FNB should cancel Outsurance partnership. Outsurance sucks
I have two properties and both are insured with OUTSURANCE. Everytime I have ask for help, using OUTSURANCE HELP@OUT, I am told that they do not cover this and that. I accepted that FNB have contracted OUTSURANCE but have they done proper research regarding OUTSURANCE because surely, OUTSURANCE are spending a lot of money looking good and are far from good. They have a lot of exclusions and I am afraid that if something really happens that will affect my properties, they will not help. I had a plumbing problem last year, called on a Saturday afternoon and was told, they do not have any service providers available in the Bloemfontein area. Last week. My second property also needed assistance and again, it was not covered. What do you cover Outsurance?

FNB Bloemfontein Logh Logan TOPS
Good day Please allow my to thank FNB Logh Logan in Bloemfontein for their stellar performance. I have a cheque account with FNB and the male consultant, sorry i didn't take his name, assisted me to open a separate account. He saw my profile and buying habits and advised me on how to save and improve my profile and to go for a fixed investment that will increase the interest I get. I didn't know I am earning interest and he pointed that out. He gave me individual attention and he focused on helping me. He is truly an asset to have in a business and I hope FNB keep, retain and invest in such people. Please see who helped me on 19 June 2019 and pass on my message.

Edgars

EDGARS HAS BECOME OUTDATED!!
Edgars has always been one of the best stores to shop from but lately, WOW, terrible. The service has gone done. The trading inventory available in stores are worse. Who buy such clothes, No wonder Edgars financial results look like it is about to close. The stores shelves are empty. The clothes that are available for sale, end up on reduce to sell areas. Why? Let me answer you. Your buyers of merchandise must be evaluated or how old are they. They buy clothes from 15 years ago. Come on, what are you trying to say. You advertise specials but there is hardly no products on the shelves. Case in point, the previous 30% of Nike, Adidas and Puma brand of clothing. The shelves are empty. The items on the website are not on the floor. In this day and time, Have you guys seen the bad experiences consumers experience with internet payments. Consumers do not prefer that way anymore because they are being targeted by criminals. They prefer working into a store and buying what they can see and walk out with the item. Are you using BAIT-PRICES, to attract feet into the store. Isn't that method against the LAW and Who is your Area or Regional Managers in the Northern Cape/North West area. Have they seen the poor state of their stores. Kathu looks like a China shop. No perfumes that really sell. No nike trackpants and sneakers that are in demand. They keep referring us to Kuruman ( 50km), Kimberley (290km) or Upington (220km) away. The store in Bloemfontein CBD looks like worse then every. The Potchefstroom branch looks much better but the same problem, No real clothes that people really like and when I say people, believe me, it is a lot. We did a research project on the challenges and opportunities for retails stores and believe me, Edgars and Checkers scored the worst. We interviewed former Edgars workers and current workers and they gave us exactly what we needed. I am really not trying to make Edgars look BAD but your whole systems has to change. The best option I can recommend is do to proper research on current trends and put all resources necessary in process to achieve what ever was determined on the outcomes.

BEST SERVICE OVERALL!!!!
I have been with FNB since 2003 and up to now, i have never ever had any BAD SERVICE from FNB. Be it with ATM'S or even the service inside. It has always been 101% professional. Well, I can not say that about the other one. We cancel a debit order. Days later, the money was deducted after the debit order was canceled and confirmed that it was canceled. Than the Bank says that we should try and asked for the Money back. REALLY!! What makes it even more strange, is that we never received a sms indication that the money has been deducted. I realize while I was standing in another Bank waiting to close my wife's bank account with that bank, How happy I actually am with FNB. Everything is transparent and visible. The measures FNB go about trying to stop any suspicious activity on my account. The APP is Good. The SMS notifications with every transaction. They even send me details of all my transactions that went off 3 days in a row. WOW. I can not begin to tell you guys how happy I am with FNB and I challenge anyone, to change to something that makes you happy. Gone are those days that you only stick to a bank because you do not want to move. Loyalty is good but how do you benefit from that. No, Stand up and make a change and in the future, I will read your messages on Hello Peter. Thanks FNB

BLOCKED DEBIT ORDER STILL GETS DEBITED!!
My wife is an ABSA client for years. She went to an Absa branch to load a debit order on 20 May 2019 to be debited. She decided to cancel the debit order on 21 May 2019, the following day. The consultant confirmed that it was blocked and send an email to HEAD OFFICE, debit orders department who confirm receipt of the request to block the debit order from going through. The money was debited on 23 May 2019 even though it was block from a branch level. My wife went to the branch today to enquire about the debit order that was to be block. The same consultant called Head Office, spoke to a lady who confirmed the query will be dealt with. It still lay on someone's desk. Not actioned YET. That puzzles me. You go on Monday to load a debit order and then asked to block it the next day and the consultant confirm that it is blocked and even send an email to head office as requested and still the debit order goes off two days later. I mean. Is that bad service or not. My wife blocked it on time and it still gets debited. I am glad I do not BANK with ABSA.
