Dishonourable and ********* company. Dont waste your time!
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Their server was down for two months which meant that for this period I was not receiving enquiries and therefore lost out on who knows how many hundreds of thousands of rands. For 2 months I was being charged for a service I was not receiving. Despite the fortune I lost due to a fault of theirs (which they admitted to) they are not even prepared to reimburse me a measly R260 for those 2 months of hosting. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS FOR 15 YEARS!!! PLEASE save me the nonsense... " sorry yada yada yada response" It doesn't mean a damn thing - just empty words. The only thing this company has going for it is Linda, the friendly consultant. What a ******* this company is. You're an embarrassment to South African business!

Terrible Service. TERRIBLE. Email them and all you'll get back from them is an email saying that the query has been resolved. Phone them and you'll wait 20 mins + EVERY time

The Usual Unaccountable BS with big companies - way to go!
Poor Service and *****ulent sales. I bought a 6m length of structural timber which is composed of 6 pieces of wood glued together. Not what I ordered. I ordered a single piece of unbroken timber. I brought this to their attention several days ago and I'm still stuck with a " structural" piece of timber that is NOT structural. Many phone calls later and I'm still nowhere with these people. I get fobbed off from one person to the next. My mornings are spent on the phone to them while the matter is being "escalated", which in laymans terms means " you'll keep wasting your airtime waiting for a call back and for someone to tell you that they will replace the piece of timber, until such time as you've reached the end of your tether and give up being f*cked around and you'll eventually give up"

Very knowledgeable and capable bond originator
Tracey Matthysen from start to finish was an absolute pleasure to deal with. With odds stacked against me she managed to secure 2 bonds for me. As a self employed individual and with no financials to provide her with, I still came out a happy new home owner. My application was submitted on the 12th December and approved in principle on the same day, and final approval granted on the 23rd. I was impressed by her competence and her comprehensive understanding of the ins and outs of bond applications, as well as her professionalism and kind nature.

Biggest Rip off Bank - FNB
Absolutely krap and unscrupulous thieves that cannot even tell you what they are charging you for. Terrible service, no accountability, no explanations, just clever theft!
