I have been getting calls from this company for the last few months I have stated multiple times that I don't have any dealings with them I don't even know what they do they keep calling yet I requested that they stop and remove me from their database today was the final nail on the coffin the lady called me I can't remember her name the call came in at 10:23am I said what is this about why do you keep owning me then she tells me I am in errors which made me lose my mind because there's no payment I am in errors with I've never missed a payment with any financial institution I owe in the last 5 years my credit profile is in good standing and this would mess that up and I can't have that on my profile especially because I don't know anything about finchoice
I waited a month for my car when I was told it would take two weeks to repair on the day I went I went to collect the car upon inspection I noticed that the car was not fixed properly the plastic thing at the bottom of the door needed to be replaced this was on the 11th of April I then escalated this to the lady who was assisting me Chaylene who then told me that they will order that part and call me to fit it in since it takes 10-15 minutes I followed up on the 16th of April I did not get any joy then I sent her a message on whatsapp on the 23rd still got no joy on the 28th of April she said they will have it the following week today its the 11th two weeks later that part has not been replaced its a month later I am still driving with a car that was not repaired fully I am absolutely disgusted by the level of service from these people I will also escalate this to my insurance company
I recently open an FNB private banking account in April with hopes that I would move over from my current bank to FNB as soon as I received the card I was charged a R150 replacement card fee which was invalid because this was a new card and not a replacement then I sent an email to my allocated banker to assist with this two weeks later that's when I received the call to which I requested that they close the account which is still not done to date then I was charged the service fees on an account that was supposed to be closed long ago. I called on the 29th of April to resolve this issue to date that was not done its now the 11th of May the account is still not closed fees are not reversed and this will eventually have a negative impact on my credit profile the lady I spoke to this morning placed me on hold for 10 minutes when I asked to speak to someone senior to get this issue resolved then eventually my airtime ran out she then made my phone ring once so it actually looks like she called back I didn't answer I am extremely upset because this is a small issue that can be resolved by a click of a button but I must waste my time and money to get this resolved

This company was supposed to assist me with a credit clearance from February 2024 I made the full payment of the amount they requested which was R1000.00 however their initial turn around time was 21 working days for the clearance which I waited and when the 21 working days passed they told me they wanted more time which I gave eventually they kept lying when I call them basically giving me different stories I came to a conclusion for a refund they said I will have the money in 14 days which was supposed to be on the 25th of April 2024 I am still waiting everytime I call them they say a lady by the name of Shaz is the head of finance so she is not at her desk she will call me back which she never did on both 25th of April and 26th of April I clearly stated that I want my money back since they failed to hold their end of the agreement and I won’t stop until I get it back
I ordered two items on takealot on the 17th of May 2022 the delivery was supposed to be made at my work place on the 23rd of May which was Monday I didn’t get a call or any notification that the driver is here but when I logged in to track the parcel it said they couldn’t get hold of me upon delivery so basically they couldn’t deliver fine I moved the delivery date to today the 24th of May I logged in again to track I see the same message yet no one contacted me again I am so angry because now it’s moved to tomorrow automatically and I am going on leave can someone sort this out because this is the 1st time I experience such using takealot and it’s unacceptable
I had a contact with Vodacom due to covid and everything it went to legal i went in the Vodacom store I asked them how much I owe in February 2021 to pay it off on the same day I paid the account off on the 19th of February I emailed these attorneys to tell them I paid and attached proof of payment until today the status of that contract still shows legal no one has phone me from those attorneys or responded to the email I am very angry as I paid that contact off
Foshini has a sale for the Elizabeth Aden 8 hour cream online it says they are out of stock I went to the store at their branch in west street they said I'm probably the 10th person to ask for this product on sale and there's no such and I'm so frustrated with this because its false advertising if their staff don't know about it I have sscreenshots from their site online showing this I'm really not happy
I called Debonairs Pizza in Verulam at 19:55 to order a simple Hawaiian pizza the lady I spoke to took my order and she clearly said it will be ready from 10 to 20 minutes from the order time I got to debonairs at like 20:20 to collect my pizza which should have been ready I had to wait another 30 minutes at the store before I can get my pizza so what's the point of calling to order if you still going to wait and no one is updating you no one is at least telling you its going to be ready in the next 5 minutes or something then one of the stuff members who I assumed makes the pizzas comes to the front by the till point looking for something and her apron looked like it was covered in vomite yes I know you will get messy in the kitchen but a few drops and then how do I enjoy eating my pizza when the person who makes it looked like that I'm really not happy about the service its rubbish
I went to Makro to get a contract phone and when I got there I was advised by the person who works there that I need to contact vodacom as my pervious contract shows as archived then I called vodacom then they said they cant change it but they will leave a note on the account and makro must do the application under declined review it will work I called makro to advise them of this they said it's still showing under archived I need to tell Vodacom to change it to settled I called Vodacom for the second time I spoke to someone who then said they can change the status to settled it will only take an hour for the changes to reflect on the system I held on the line for these changes to be made but when I got to makro the next day which was yesterday and spent an hour waiting for this they advised me it's still the same status it doesn't reflect as settled I am very angry because I spoke to two people from Vodacom that told me different things worst of all this issue is still not resolved I'm wasting my time going between Vodacom and makro I'm really fed up of this because as a costumer I think I should get a clear understanding of what happened as I dont not owe you any money !! I want this to be resolved this is poor Customer service poor knowledge from the advidors
