I complained about my vodacom upgrade being done without my consent and none of mondo consultants got back to me regarding this matter. I need the ombudsman contact details asap
I'm totally sick and tired of vodacom getting back to me regarding my vodacom fibre. I'm having endless troubles and I demand it to be canceled so best vodacom provides me with the ombudsman contact details or sort the fibre out once and for all cos it's no use creating service request when nothing is being done. I never will recommend vodacom to anyone cos vodacom is pathetic
I pay for vodacom fibre and your line is terribly slow. More like useless. I complained over email and vodacom service request was created but u guys have the most pathetic fibre
On 5 November 2020 I purchased R1000 of lights which was 378.30 units. I had 25 units left. After loading it onto my prepaid meter it shows 335.10 units left. What happened to my 68.20 units? This is daylight robbery. My prepaid unit number is 14 2959 2045 9
I left my company months ago still told them that I don't work there anymore and they still try contacting me through sms yet I have given then my ex managers number.. Next I'm gonna report them to the media cos they irritate me. Simple English is so hard to understand. Can't even live in peace
On Monday morning 6nApril 2020 I been trying for 15 minutes to this number 0861664226 and waited for 15 minutes on the line. First I was number 3 on the que then number 1 then number 2 and went on. I'm just trying to make a query on my provident fund and just can't get no satis in getting in touch with them. I'm very frustrated right trying to find out on the status of my provident fund.
Yesterday 31 March 2020 Ii contact VODACOM Fibre sales to request a Fibre deal which was approved and today I tried calling them. Back and just can't get in touch with them.. This is becoming very annoying that yet I have 3 existing contracts with VODACOM and their professionalism is totally pathetic. Now I'm on the verge of never upgrading any of my.existing contracts with them.again. A friend of mine refferd me to 0821904 telling me how good VODACOM Fibre is and now it's shocking to see that not everyone gets good service from VODACOM.
I own 2 dstv decoders. I only wanted to cancel one till end of this month and the consultant tells me that I can't cos system only allows me to cancel on the 30 March 2020 when my debit order goes off but it's 3 March 2020 and my payment went off already. Thought off reactivating end of this month cos I'm moving address but I just can't believe this. Something that's disconnected n I'm not using I must pay for something I ain't using. Pathetic service.
I placed an order using the Debonairs app on the 7 November 2019 at 15h43. I expected my order at 16h25. To my dissapointment I receive a call from debonairs Lakefield to inform the driver is 10 minutes away. All in all I'm totally disgusted I had to wait over an hour for my delivery. I eventually canceled my order.
